GW34 has popped up pretty quick with much more easier fixtures. Last GW saw Southampton shock Manchester City with a 1-0 victory while Manchester United came back from behind to thump Bournemouth 5-2. GW ended with Spurs beating Everton by a goal. The game also saw Spurs teammates Son and Lloris clash with each other, making that segment of the game go viral on twitter. GW34 has a few exciting fixtures where star players could score big with those games being Brighton vs Liverpool, Manchester City vs Newcastle United, Crystal Palace vs Chelsea, Aston Villa vs Manchester United and Bournemouth vs Tottenham. Let’s see take a look at the one’s to watch for GW 34!

1. AFC Bournemouth
Vs Spurs (H)
-

2. Arsenal
M. Saka (4.7)
Vs Leicester City (H)
The Gunners seem to be in a happy place after winning their last 3 games. They overcame Wolves 2-0 in what was supposed to be tough test and now find themselves 7th on the table. This fixture will be an interesting one as Leicester look to bounce having won their first game since the PL returned. Arsenals youngster Bukayo Saka is one of my favorite options available and he gave the Gunners their lead vs Wolves. He’s bagged 4 assists this season and seems to be a player that Arteta trusts.

3. Aston Villa
Vs Manchester United (H)
-

4. Brighton and Hove Albion
Vs Liverpool (H)
-

5. Burnley
GK. Pope (5.0), D. Tarkowski (5.2)
Vs West Ham (A)
Leading the race for the Golden glove is Nick Pope and the English goalkeeper could extend claim for that individual trophy with a clean sheet against West Ham. Tarkowski is another Claret who tempts me. He has 22 points in his last 3 games, scoring once and keeping 2 clean sheets. But keep in mind, West Ham have scored 5 goals in their last 2 games!

6. Chelsea
D. Azpilicueta (6.0), M. Willian (7.2), M. Pulisic (7.2)
Vs Crystal Palace (A)
Azpilicueta’s attacking returns have improved as he goes forward more often and bags assists. The Chelsea captain could be a differential but be ready to shell out 6 million. Chelsea’s wingers Willian and Pulisic are on fire. Pulisic has claimed 3 penalties in his last 3 games and it won’t be long until he finds the net. Penalties means a goal opportunity for Willian and he has been cooly converting them. That’s easy points for a player that costs only 7.2 million.

7. Crystal Palace
Vs Chelsea (H)
-

8. Everton
D. Digne (5.7), M. Richarlison (8.2)
Vs Southampton (H)
If you cannot afford Azpilicueta then Digne could be your guy. The Frenchman has 23 points in his last 4 outings and also makes a good long term prospect. Everton’s Richarlison seems to be fit and ready to go. Southampton may have beat City but I don’t expect them to go on a glorious run.

9. Leicester City
F. Vardy (9.7)
Vs Arsenal (A)
The Foxes seem to have turned a leaf in their recent performances having won their first game since the PL commenced. There were a lot of concerns surrounding Jamie Vardy as he was enduring a purple patch but the forward scored twice Vs Palace. The reason I think he could make a fantastic option is because he will be having his eyes in the Golden Boot. The only thing that the Foxes have to play for is a CL spot this season and all the forward has to do is keep scoring!

10. Liverpool
D. Alexander-Arnold (7.8), M. Mane (12.4), M. Salah (12.6)
Vs Brighton (A)
The attention slowly seems to be shifting to the Manchester based clubs as Bruno and KDB are racking up points and cheaper. I still have faith in Mane and Salah though. One got a goal while another walked away with an assist in their last game. The duo will be captaincy candidates for this GW along with KDB and Bruno.

11. Manchester City
D. Garcia (4.5), M. KDB (10.8), M. Foden (5.4), M. Mahrez (8.6), M. Sterling (11.7)
Vs Newcastle United (H)
Big things will be expected from Manchester City this week as they play Newcastle at home. The Citizens lost 1-0 to Southampton last GW and disappointed many owners. Again, Garcia and Foden can be cheap alternatives for Laporte and KDB while Mahrez and Sterling are expected to bang as well.

12. Manchester United
D. Wan-Bissaka (5.5), M. Fernandes (8.9), M. Martial (8.3), F. Rashford (9.1), F. Greenwood (4.6)
Vs Aston Villa (A)
Manchester United blasted their way past  through Bournemouth last week scoring 5 goals. Wan-Bissaka has two double digit hauls in his last 3 GWs. He almost assisted another goal vs Bournemouth but it was called an offside. Fernandes and Martial have picked 14+ points vs The Cherries while both Rashford and Greenwood scored too.

13. Newcastle United
Vs Manchester City (A)
-

14. Norwich City
Vs Watford (A)
-

15. Sheffield United
GK. Henderson (5.2) D. Egan (4.5)
Vs Wolves (H)
I do not know what to make of Sheffield’s performances. One time they beat Spurs, then they drop points to Burnley. I think they could do well in this game since they’re playing at Bramall Lane and Egan could be a nice cut price pick if The Blades keep a clean sheet.

16. Southampton
M. Armstrong (5.2), F. Ings (7.3)
Vs Everton (A)
The Southampton duo have been putting in most of the work in games have been impressive. Armstong has 4 goals and 2 assists while Ings has scored 18 times this season.

17. Tottenham Hotspur
D. Aurier (5.0), M. Son (9.8), F. Kane (11.0)
Vs Bournemouth (A)
Spurs squeezed past Everton in their last game with a 1-0 victory. Aurier at 5.0 could be a solid pick as he is someone who attracts bonus points. We didn’t get to see much from Son and Kane but hey! They’re playing Bournemouth next, a team that conceded 9 goals in their last 2 games!

18. Watford
Vs Norwich (H)
-

19. West Ham United
M. Rice (4.7), M. Soucek (4.8)
Vs Burnley (H)
I watched West Ham’s last two games and he seems to be the most exciting player on the pitch. He got an assist in the game vs Newcastle. Rice plays deep in midfield, obviously, he’s a defensive midfielder but he’s capable of scoring. Meanwhile Tomas Soucek seems to be the man in form for The Hammers scoring in each of his last two games. He’ll surely be a set piece threat for Burnley due to his height.

20. Wolverhampton Wanderers
F. Jimenez (8.3)
Vs Sheffield United (A)
Raul Jimenez has blanked in his last two GWs and I’m considering taking him off my team. It’s his work ethic and involvement in the game that makes me want to stick with him though. The game vs Sheffield won’t be an easy one. Both teams are vying for a European spot and they that Wolves are playing at the moment it feels like there’s something lacking in their game.
