C H A P T E R 2 2

Finally, I woke up as Elizabeth released my head in her grasp. I was already crying, the collar of my shirt was wet and I was sobbing. It felt like I was really there, to see how my parents get murdered, by some people who I looked up to.

Sebastian brought me down to his chest as I let it all out. All my anger, sadness, pressure and stress. Everything. I never my life was so cruel and I never knew that I needed this clan in my life.

"I—I'm so—sorry.." I muffled on Sebastian's shirt I gripped it tighter

He patted my head lightly as the others surrounded me—worried that I might snap one day and kill them all, but I pulled away and stood up—a bit dizzy for crying too much.

"I.. I need to rest and some time to think about all this.." I mumbled

Holland immediately stood up, but I stopped him, "No need.." I said as I carefully walked to my room

I entered my room and plopped down my bed as my head throbs. Too much information was bringing my energy down and every part of my body felt numb. I hugged my pillow as I stared into space.

I guess that's why Sebastian kept visiting at our place with different people. It was them the whole time. And maybe that's why my parents are away all the time when I was growing up. I always thought that they were too busy to make time with me, so that's why they kept me entertain with Marvel movies and tv series, until I grow up, and until they were gone. I decided to just sleep all my problems away from now.

I was woken up when someone was knocking on my door, I guess I accidentally locked the door without noticing. I sighed and slowly sat up—my head still throbbing. I stood up and opened for them. Sebastian was leaning on the wall beside my door as I spoke, "What is it?"

"I need to explain something to you.." He trailed off, "..And it's about the wolves'" I nodded as I let him inside

He sat down on my bed as I sat beside, "The reason why Evans wanted you so that once you have mated with one of them, you will bear a vampire and werewolf hybrid," He said, "That's very important to them.."

I furrowed my eyebrows, "What do you mean?" I questioned

"A offspring who is a vampire and werewolf breed is the most powerful one of all. Once there is someone with that breed, they can rule both sides," He continues, "Meaning, Evans is just using you—so that the wolves can take over the vampires," He added

I trembled in fear, "But, what is this has to do my parents?" You asked

"They planned on kidnapping you from the very start.." He sighed, "And they planned on killing your parents too," He added

"Then.. then, what am I supposed to do?" You rambled

"After the marriage, you need to mate with one of us when you turned 21 in midnight," He ordered

You furrowed your eyebrows, "But, I'm only 18! It'll take years to do it," I exclaimed

"And that is why you needed to stay here with us, to continue your family bloodline," He answered back

Now I knew that I have no choice but to stay. Once I escape again, the wolves will be after me, mate and I will bear a monster that will destroy everything—including this clan. I have to do it, not just for them, but for my parents as well. I nodded with determination, "Then it's settled, I'll stay," You said

Sebastian couldn't be more happier to hear those words as he pulls you to his embrace. You sighed in bliss, as you wrapped your arms around his muscular torso. You both savored the moment, until someone busted in.

"Sebastian! They're here!" Hiddleston reported

The Romanian growled as he stood up and approaching the door, "(Y/N), stay here, understand?" He asked

His natural blue eyes slowly turned bloodshot red as I nodded. Sebastian exited, but not until he locked the door—so nobody can get it. "I doubt a simple lock will help me," I thought.

I exited her room and I hesitated, what if they knew that she's in here? What if it was just a trap? I turned to Hiddleston and spoke, "Call Elizabeth," I simply ordered

He didn't ask and went downstairs to call her. I waited as the girl arrived with a questioning look, "What is it, Stan?" She said

"I need you to guard (Y/N), just in case they try to break in. You're one of the strongest here," I said

She nodded as she knocked on the door and called (Y/N) that's its just her. The girl lets her in as I went downstairs to face Evans' pack.

The Vampire clan leader arrived at the face off happening outside, his other comrades were already there. In front of them, Evans and his pack—in their wolves, ready to attack.

"What do you want now, Evans?!" Sebastian demanded

He smirked evilly, "Let me just tell you this, we want the girl, simple,"

"And let me you this, she's not leaving anymore. She knows everything now. She trusts us and she didn't plan on going back to your dirty paws anymore," he fired back

They all growled at the vampires—furious that they were now expose. Evans growled and grumbled, "You really are a piece of shit.." as he turns into his wolf and howled. The pack started to pounce on every member of the clan as blood, groaned, hissing and howling was now erupted.

I heard howling outside and I was very scared now. Me and Elizabeth decided to block the door with more heavier stuff. Now, my nightstand, chair and desk were sealed on the door as Elizabeth stood next to the door—her guard up.

"Liz, you know you can sit down net to me," I gently patted the space next to me on the bed

She sighed, "And you know that I can't do that," She said, "If I let my guard down, and let you get kidnap, I'll be banned from the clan," She frowned, imagining the scene

I gasped and decided to be quiet and stay put on my. I looked at the covered window and thought, "Sebastian, guys, I hope you all survive this.."
