"The first thing we need to do is find out what they know" Marcus says and looks around at the people who were sitting at the king table in monets

"Or the first thing we need to do is tell the truth" Alex replies and glares at Marcus

"I'm with Alex" Zach states

"Me too" Ella adds from her seat next to Zach

"I don't think it's exactly as easy as you think I mean... what exactly is the truth" Marcus asks and Ella rolls her eyes, having enough with his bullshit

"Seriously Marcus stop rewording stupid phrases to make yourself sound right and like a good person. You just don't want to get in fucking trouble. You don't care about what happens or if Hannah gets justice" Ella frowns in annoyance and takes a sip of her iced chocolate

Profound Marcus. Truely profound" Ryan says from next to Ella to show he agreed with the girls words

"And bullshit" Zach adds also agreeing with Ella

Tyler walks up to their table and all of them glare at him especially Zach and Ella

"How did you find us" Courtney asks in shock

"You shouldn't be here. Not after pushing Ella" Zach says angrily

"I deserve to be here" Tyler says quietly

"No you don't" Courtney and Ella both say and it was basically the one thing that they agreed on

"What because I pushed you and because you don't like me?" Tyler asks the two girls "because I embarrassed you Courtney? I'm getting it worse than any of you"

"Just let him stay" Alex mumbles

"I don't want him anywhere near Ella" Zach says and glares at him

"Either I sit or I start taking pictures" Tyler says

"Just sit down" Ella growls angrily and crosses her arms and leans back into her chair while letting out a sigh

"And calm down" Marcus adds as he watches Tyler take a seat next to Ryan

"I think that it is clear what they know" Ryan says and looks at all of them "I mean if you look around what do we all have in common"

"We don't know who got the subpoenas. Sheri didn't get one " Marcus says quietly and looks around at everyone at the table who had gotten one. Ellas body fumed at the mention of the girls name. The girl who she would never see the same way

"Or she didn't get one yet" Ryan adds

"I told her to come anyway. Maybe she's hoping that she'll avoid the whole thing" Marcus says quietly and sends a careful glance in Ellas direction to see what the girls reaction would be

Ella scoffs in annoyance and anger "of course you did Marcus cole you dumbass"

"I'm not a dumbass" Marcus replies while shooting the girl a girl

"You're dumb and you're an ass. Dumbass" ell says and gives the boy a sarcastic smirk before scowling and leaning back into her seat and letting out a puff of annoyance
