Jhene:

I stepped into the house tired after doing a bit of retail therapy with Tiki, I'd just dropped her pregnant ass off at her and Bows house before coming home because she kept complaining that her feet were hurting and that she was tired. "Dad, what's going on?" I asked placing Asia on her feet, as soon as she caught her balance she took off straight down the hallway, my dad turned to look at me a look of distress annoyance and everything else that comes with planning a wedding upon his face. He was stood in the hallway in front of a large portable mirror that wasn't their when I left out earlier, whilst a tailor took his measurements

"Annette, that's what's going on" he mumbled, I laughed and walked up to him kissing his cheek, the wedding was this Saturday so this whole week Annette had people running in and out of the house planning shit, I'm talking wedding designers, caterers, florists, photographers, hair & makeup artists all sorts, the house was utter chaos and that was without the extended families that where flying from all parts of the country over this week, all I knew was if this carried on I was checking myself into a hotel until they left.

"Where's she at?" I asked dropping my shopping bags on the first step and pulling of my jacket placing it on the banister

"She's in the kitchen stressing with the caterer" he sighed, the man who was taking his measurements asked him to stand apart so he could take his pants seem line, the facial expression my dad pulled was priceless, I laughed and patted his shoulder as the guy measured his inner leg

"You'll be ok dad" I giggled making my way down the hall and into the kitchen where I could hear Annette rambling on about something, "Hey Ann" I smiled over at her as I walked in piles and piles of papers and wedding books sat surrounding the table she was sat at, she looked up at me and smiled faintly, the same distressed look that was on my dad's face upon hers too. I swear they were both stressing too damn hard about this day.

"Hey Jhene" she greeted nicely, the wedding caterer she was sat at the bar with immediately turned around to face me,

"Mama?" I yelled shocked, she was the last person I expected to be sitting in my dad's kitchen

"Hey baby, I thought that was your voice" she smiled sweetly

"What you doing here?" I questioned leaning over and kissing her cheek,

"I'm doing my job and planning the menu for this wedding angel" she laughed lightly

"Oh word? You're the caterer?" she nodded and smiled "That's what's up at least I know there gonna be some good ass food then" I joked, both her and Annette laughed

"I wasn't aware y'all knew each other" Annette stated pointing back and forth between us

"Yeah she's Chris' mom" I explained as I took out a clean glass from the dishwasher so that I could pour myself a drink

"Oh wow, now that you say it I can see it" Annette chuckled lightly, I grabbed the opened bottle of Pepsi out of the fridge and poured it halfway into my glass, waiting for the bubbles to subside before I poured the rest in then put the bottle back into the fridge shutting it.

"They look alike don't they" I laughed along with Mama J, Annette nodded with a smile

"Everybody says that" Mama J added

"Ooh so your Asia' grandmother" Annette squealed as if she'd just caught on, Mama smiled and nodded her head "It's such a small world..." she trailed off in thought "But anyway back to this menu, what are we gonna do about the cake situation?" Annette asked; I turned back around leaving them to talk about whatever it was they needed to discuss. I heard the front door slam shut and then soon after Asia toddled her way into the kitchen with a Red Popsicle all over her hands and face, I looked down at her confused as she walked over to me
