Act IV

Scene I

(In Susan's room. Helga is writing but is slightly shaking, completely terrified of her best friend. Circling around Susan are ghosts of all the girls she has killed.)

You just don't seem to get it, do you? You don't understand that we are meant to be together. Destiny has sent Harold voices of temptation. The only logical and heroic act I could perform would be for me to steal you away, so no other girl could have you, but being the kind and loving woman I am I hate to resort to these measures. The fires of Hell only tend to burn brighter as soon as another vixen attempts to take you away from me forever. And I'll be damned if I will allow you to be violently ripped from my hands when I am so close. I am closer than ever to unlocking the parts of your heart you refuse others to see. It is upon my life I swear I will pry them open and find them.. Even if it's when you die, and the still fresh smell of decay fills the air. Even if you die from the hands of these women, your memory will live on in my love for you, because our love is immortal. (Ghosts disappear as the journal is closed. Blackout.)
