She ignored me. I'm sure she remembered what she did.

I was the first person she saw but she only greeted Dredleigh who just stepped out of his room. I sighed, letting her have some space and greeted him, ignoring my little wife like what she did.

I'm not mad, just a bit disappointed. If only I knew that it would be her reason to distance herself again, I wouldn't let it happen. Damn, I didn't even see it coming.

Kumunot ang noo ni Dred nang makitang ginulo ko ang aking buhok at sumuntok sa hangin.

"Okay ka lang ba?" tanong niya.

"Yep. Kulang lang sa tulog," sagot ko.

Napasulyap si Primrose pero agad din siyang nag iwas ng tingin at naunang bumaba. Sana ay kagaya siya ni Baron na nakakalimutan kung anong ginawa niya pagkagising, kaso hindi, eh.

Tahimik ko siyang pinagmasdan habang nagbabasa ng libro sa isang high chair sa counter. Isa-isa rin namang nagising ang iba, kaya naman tumulong na lang ulit ako sa kusina. Hindi naman pwedeng si Dred lang magluto para sa amin. He loves cooking, but we still need to help him. He appreciates it when we help, especially when we ask him to teach us to cook certain food. The kitchen is his safe haven, as he said in an interview.

"Kuya Dred, thanks for the hangover soup!" Nate said softly, massaging his temple. "I had fun. Lalo na I found my new buddy sa inuman."

She giggled, "Likewise."

"Hindi naman kita nakikitang maglasing noon," sabi ni Leigh habang pinapanuod ang dalawang ubusin ang hangover soup nila. "Well, we're always in a party, and you're always around some big bosses."

"Yeah, that's why I can only drink one glass of brandy, or else I'm doomed," she replied, waving his hand. "You don't know how scary Ate Alice when she gets mad. She tolerates me, pero ayaw niya talagang umiinom ako lalo na kapag napasobra."

"Good morning, everyone," Matt greeted.

He really is energetic today, well, he's energetic every freaking day. Kung ako ay makulit at laging masaya, si Baron naman isa sa mahilig mang-asar at mag ingay, ito namang si Matt ang kahit magsalita lang ay para kang mabibingi. Mas sikat nga lang kami ni Baron sa kanya, kaya siguro kailangan niya iyong boses niya na kala mo bumibirit para lang mapansin.

We ate our breakfast and she still ignores me as if I'm not there. I tried to talk to her, but she avoided me. She even avoided having an eye-contact with me.

While I was washing the dishes, Dred approached me.

"May problema ba kayo ni Primrose?"

"Something happened unexpectedly. But, nothing serious," I shrugged.

Though I think it was serious for her. It's not like it didn't bother me and damn, I couldn't even sleep last night. Still, I really thought she'll forget about it or even act as if nothing happened, but she's too obvious right now.

The sun was up, but enough for us to stay outdoor. Ako at si Matt lang halos ang nag swimming, ang iba naman ay ayaw umitim lalo na't may mga schedules kami sa mga susunod na araw.

"Come on, bakit si Kuya Eros ang kampi ko?"

"Aba, Nate, ayaw mo ba sa akin?"

"Hindi naman sa ganun, pero let's admit that you suck at playing games or sports."
