Our mission

We are in the city of Clarines. Our target is a herbalist that some Lords have taken a disliking to.
We try not to get too involved, and do what we get paid for.

As a travelling group of dancers we decide to set up in the town centre and start to gather information and hopefully get attention from the people in the palace.

We start our act, Star and Joel play a song together as Leif and I dance.
My fire dance draws attention, as Leif contorts through my loops of flames gather a bigger crowd.

We do this for a couple of days till we have a few fans whom are willing to gossip and do us some favours

But amongst the crowd I see a face I recognise, I haven't seen in a very long time.

We start a musical short play, when Star whispers to me
"Is that Obi? What is HE doing here?! He could blow our cover!" She sounds annoyed

"Do you think he's going to be a problem" I ask then start my act, as Star nods. I look over to him and I see him talking to our target....a girl with apple red hair.

Joel and I use fire and steel to dance and act. Even he looks concerned at Obi...... but Joel and Obi never did get on.

My blood boils thinking about Obi and how he left us. How he abondoned me
We continue with our dance when we see Obi and the target leaving...... we need to stop them, get close to them.

I hate the fact that I may have to talk to him, I want to just end this now
"Joel, throw a dagger" I nod at the target as we dance

Joel looks at me confused but I keep pushing him. In the end I grab the dagger and aim for the targets head

Obi spots the dagger and pushes the girl out of the way.
"Tisk" I continue the dance, no one noticed me throw it, but Obi did!

He glares at me and I give him an evil grin.
Once the act is over we call it a day and we am each go off to do our own thing. I'm left in the camp on my own as I practice some moves

I practise everyday and check my equipment
A dagger flies past my head as I'm deep in thought. The dagger I threw at Obi

"Thank you for returning it" I giggle as I turn to face a very angry looking Obi
"What was that about?" He yells
"Just doing my job" I smile
"Who's the target?" He growls
"Now you know I can't talk about customer confidentiality" I start to pack up my stuff knowing I'm not going to do anymore tonight

"Eden!" He yells grabbing my arms
"DONT TOUCH ME!!" I yell pushing him off me
"You don't ever touch me!!" I scream
His warm soft touch brings back memories

Obi was my first love. But it was one sided, he left without a goodbye or a note......nothing.

Tears flow down my face and Obi looks at me confused
"You knew!!!" I yelled
"You knew I liked you, you were my first love my best friend and you left without saying goodbye" I yell more at him throwing rocks and dirt at him

He generally looks so shocked by my confession, I don't think he would be that dense
"I'm sorry...." he mumbles looking at the ground
"Save it!" I yell. I feel so angry just looking at him makes me feel weak

"Everything ok here?" Star asks when she returns
Obi makes a run for it but Star seems more bothered by the state of my face

"Eden?" She calls
"It's fine! He wont distract me" Star knew I liked Obi and she told me to bare with the heart break

"We go before sunrise tomorrow. Lets get this done" Star ordered concerned about my feelings
