"can you get that?" salem asked camren as she mixed up some lemon poppyseed batter for muffins. camren nodded and washed her hands, going to the front of the store where the bell on the door rang.
there stood corbyn, looking in the cabinets where a bunch of desserts were held. camren smiled after seeing the boy, and went and gave him a hug. the two stood in a silent embrace for a moment, and then finally pulled apart.
"hi." corbyn smiled looking down at the short girl.
"hi." she replied, smiling. corbyn ducked his head down, giving camren a sweet kiss. they both smiled and blushed after, and pulled each other into another hug.
"so," corbyn mumbled into the top of her head, "i was wondering if you wanted to go on another date with me?" camren nodded with a big smile and a light blush. "how about tonight?"
"mhm, i'd like that." the girl smiled and looked up at the boy.
"okay." he grinned back. "seven then?"
"how about six?" camren asked. she couldn't wait to see him and spend more time with him.
"okay six then." corbyn chucked and embraced her quickly again. "i'll see you then."
"bye." camren watched the boy walk through the door, and out on the sidewalk, getting in his car. she watched him disappear, and already missed him.
someone cleared their throat behind the short girl, and camren turned to see salem smirking. camren rolled her eyes, and followed her friend back into the kitchen.
"cambyn." salem whispered.
"oh my- just shut up." camren slapped her with a giggle.

"hi cam!" corbyn greeted as she walked out of her apartment. the girl had on a yellow cropped t-shirt, and jean shorts, along with vans.
"hi corbs." she grinned and the two intertwined their fingers. corbyn was wearing shorts, that were black, and a plain white shirt. he also had on vans. "where are we going?"
"you'll see." corbyn grinned, giving camren a cheeky smile. they got in the car, and corbyn drove off to somewhere.
the houses, building, and apartments became more scarce as they drove further and further away from the city, and soon there was only nature. there weren't many cars on the road, so corbyn was speeding. the windows were open, and the two were screaming along to disney songs.
they arrived on the edge of a small forest, where corbyn parked the car. he helped camren out, and they walked, surrounded by trees.
"what are we doing here corbyn?" she asked, turning towards him.
"you'll see." he smirked, and continued leading them down an overgrown path. camren rolled her eyes and sighed. at the end of the path, there was a small pond. there was a rope connected to a tall tree, and it had a knot at the bottom.
"so?" camren turned again, only to see corbyn shirtless.
"like what you see?" corbyn smirked after her breath hitched and her face turned a deep shade of red.
"maybe."
