Chapter Thirty-One: My shadow.

Asta's POV
"Team One is Victor!" The announcer said.
I felt a twisted smile appear on my face as I watched doctors have a hard time
Healing Noelle, Klaus and Yuno.
Then Zoro came up to me.
He stood there looking dumbfounded.
"...Nice job.." he then whispered.
I stared at him.
"Yeah thanks!" I said flustered by a compliment.

"HEY!!! ASTA!!" Someone yelled.
I turned around just to get slammed onto the ground again.
"OOF!" I said as I fell with Luck on top of me.
"Ah! Sorry Asta!" He then said.
"No biggie!" I said getting up.
Luck was practically vibrating and so was the Wizard King who had teleported next to Luck.
They both had a sparkle in their eyes.

"THAT WAS SO COOOL!!!" They both yelled.
"YOUR 100% ON THE SQUAD!!!" The Wizard King yelled again.
"Oh it was really nothing!" I said laughing.
All the people watching were either shocked or dumbfounded.
I could hear the "King of the clover Kingdom" say something like
"hES A PeaSaNT!" Or "hOW Is tHAt POSsIbLe?!?" I chuckled.

Then I felt something was off... like someone was watching me...
My head snapped around.
There was nothing.
Except for my shadow....

I'll just let my bloodlust out.
I then let a lot of bloodlust out. Enough to make anyone fall to their knees or faint.
Ofcourse everyone on the battlefield were on their knees except for the Wizard King who was admiring my bloodlust.
A weird fellow ain't he...

I then waited a few seconds.

I then held my bloodlust back in. Nothing out of the ordinary... I guess we'll just have to find out later on.

Guy who went into Asta's Shadow POV
I was seriously shaking...
Good thing I'm a shadow or else I'd be on my knees.
No no! Breath In! BREATH OUT!
I then inhaled and exhaled deeply.
This man is going to be on something called the "Royal Knights?" So I definitely have to stick with him!
Oh... ok we are moving now. It seems this Asta guy is going up to the Clover King.
I should stay here longer just in case.

This is so boring. How long is this "Royal Knights" exam going to go on. It's been an hour now.
I would leave but this Asta guy snaps his head around whenever I move.
I've gotta be careful If I don't wanna get Caught.
"TEAM 9 IS VICTOR!" Someone finally announced.
"Ugh... finally..." someone groaned. It was this Asta boy. You know the boy I'm clinging to. Well technically I'm clinging to his shadow but you get the jist of it.
Seems this boy is also very very bored of this horrid exam.

"I want to thank you all for coming today. We will give the results very soon. Thank you for your participation." Julius finally announced.
Thanks god... looks like I don't have to wait any longer I must get this information back to the Midnight Sun at once!

But how will I skip through Asta's grasp...?
