"Who is it?" I yelled
I looked back at lizzie, she was gripping her bat.
"It's Jackson" the person behind the door yelled back
We both let out a breath, and loosened our grip on the bat. I put my bat down and opened the door
"What the hell are you doing. It's 2am, you gave us a heart attack" I said
"You weren't answering your phone" he said
I checked my phone, I had a shit ton of missed calls and text.
"I went to bed early and I put my phone on do not disturb" I said
I do put my phone on do not disturb but only numbers that is not is lizzie and kathy and my alarm.
"I thought something happened" he said
"Well nothing did, I went to bed early. I was really tired." I said
"Sorry I woke you guys up" he said scratching the back of his neck
"Why did you come all the way here. You have class in the morning" I said
"I wanted to my sure my girlfriend is okay. I don't know why, but I didn't feel right. So I texted you asking if you're okay, and when you didn't respond I was scared" he replied
"Aww thanks for watching out, I'll make sure your number is not on do not disturb" I replied
"Thanks, I should probably go now so I can sleep" he said
I pulled him inside
"You can sleep with me in my room and leave in the morning" I said
"Are you sure?" He ask
"Yes, I'm sure" I replied
"Ok" he said
We went to my room at Rocky was sleeping on his bed.
"Is it fine if we sleep with the fan on, I can't sleep without sound" I said
"Yeah thats fine" he replied
I put my phone on my nightstand and hop into bed. Jackson on the other side.
"Sorry I scared you" he said
"It's ok" I replied
I laid on his chest and started falling back asleep
Before I fell asleep he mumbled
"I love you" he mumbled
We have never said the L word before. It's been only almost 2 months.
Are we moving too fast?
I mean with Noah we said I love you within 2 months.
I eventually drift off to sleep.
I woke up with someone's arms wrapped around me. I look up and see Jackson, then I remember what happened last night.
I slipped into my bathroom and got ready for my day. By the time I got out of the bathroom Jackson was up.
"Goodmorning" I said
"Goodmorning cutie" he said
"What time is your class?" I asked
"In an hour, so I should be leaving soon" he said
"Ok, want breakfast?" I asked
"Sure, I'll help" he said
He got out of the bed and we went to the kitchen.
