Chapter 34-I will beat you

Sweat

Cold chills

Dry throat

I had a nightmare.

"Stassie, stassie it's okay" someone telling me in my dreams

"No I don't want to"  I yelled to someone in the dream

"It's not a dream, wake up" the person said again

I realized this was happening real life and not in the dream. I woke up and realized I was not in my house I was in Stefan's

"Shit I'm sorry I woke you up" I said

"No you're fine, do you often get nightmares?" He asked

"No I haven't had a nightmare since California when I lived with my brothers" I said

"Oh, I think I know why you had one. You haven't talked about your brothers in a very long time and today you did" he said

It was true, my dream was about relapsing and staying at my brothers again

"Scoot over" he said

I was confused

"I'll put the pillow wall but I'm sleeping here to make sure you don't have any nightmares" he said

"Ok" I replied

I scooted over and he slipped into the bed

We built the pillow wall but it wasn't as high as last time

"Try sleeping, I'll be here if you have another one"  he said

"Okay" I replied

I started falling asleep again and I woke up hours later with no nightmare. I grabbed my phone and it was 11am. I slowly got up and looked around. Stefan was not in the bed, I grabbed the blanket and wrapped myself and headed to the other room

"Good morning" Stefan said in the kitchen

"Good morning" I replied

"Did you sleep well after the nightmare?" He asked

"Yeah, i didn't get another one afterwards" I replied

"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked

"Well I was back in my old bedroom. I was relapsing, and instead of getting help my brothers ended up hurting me more" I replied

"Hey don't worry, you won't ever be in there hands again" he said

"Only if I'm stay hidden" I replied

"What do you want to eat?" He asked

"Anything but eggs, I hate eggs" I replied

"Got it" he said

He made breakfast and I looked out at the window. It was frost but I could see a bit and there was snow everywhere. No cars on the road and barely anyone outside. We were still snowed in but I have to go see rocky and make sure he's okay.

"Breakfast is ready" he said

I walked over the bar stool and saw a plate of crepes my favorite

I began eating the crepes and I was in heaven.

"These are amazing" I said

"Thank you, Amelia and my mom taught me" he said

"Well I cant wait to try there food then" I replied

I continued eating and afterwards I sat on the couch.

"Roads are still closed" Stefan said

"Shit, I have to walk rocky and feed him" I replied
