Chapter 18

The following day, Geoun spent in the dorm along with her roommates. It was raining outside so they spent the day in sweatpants and hoodies while enjoying hot tea, low-key music, and endless k-dramas.

The night consisted of a traditional Thai dish that Lisa had made them along with some ice cream that Chungha had picked up previously. They had watched about two seasons of a specific K-drama throughout the day and finished by the end of the night.

Lisa and Rose were crying and hugging each other by the end of it while Chungha was laughing because she had totally called the ending and Geoun was still too preoccupied with her interaction with Yugyeom the previous night to even process emotions about the show.

"Hey you," Chungha poked Geoun's side and smiled at the girl. "What's on your mind?"

"Huh? Oh. Uh. I was just thinking." Geoun sipped some of her Thai Tea that Lisa had made. "I went to practice last night, and when I was coming back, I ran into Yugyeom. Well. He ran into me."

Lisa and Rose stopped crying and looked to Geoun.

"You saw Yugyeom?"

"Did he do anything?"

"Are you okay?"

Geoun chuckled at her friends' kind hearts. "Yes I'm okay. He didn't do anything. He didn't even say anything. He actually kind of looked disgusted, he even scoffed. But when he left, he bumped into me. Really hard."

"Oh my god, what a dick move." Lisa rolled her eyes and sat back into the couch.

"Have you talked to Jinyoung or BamBam?" Rose turned to Lisa.

"Yeah, they're gonna give him a week to straighten this out himself, and after that they'll have an intervention." Lisa hugged a couch pillow close to her.

"That's good they're letting him try to fix it himself. I really hope he does." Chungha looked a little sad.

"Well. He has my number and lives right down the hall, so if he wants to apologize, he knows where to find me. I'm honestly a little worried about this week though. Cause like. He sits next to me in like every class. I don't know what's gonna happen." Geoun finished her Thai Tea.

Everyone stayed silent for a moment.

"Well, enough of this. Either Yugyeom apologizes himself, or we have an intervention. In the meantime, Geoun, you should probably try and stick with BamBam or Chan instead." Rose looked concerned as she advised the younger girl.

Geoun nodded her head and checked her phone. "Guys it's like 12. We should probably head to bed soon."

Everyone chuckled and agreed.

"I totally enjoyed today. Who ever knew being lazy could feel so good?" Lisa smiled as she stood up and stretched. "See you ladies tomorrow, goodnight!"

She retreated into her room. Rose followed her actions and it was soon just Geoun and Chungha.

"Well I'm going to-"

Geoun's phone cut her off and she checked the text that had just come through. She checked it and smiled/blushed as she read the message.

Chris🐨: hey, sorry this is so late. um. do you wanna go to the studio? changbins meeting me there and i thought you might want to come.

g: i'd love to! lmk when you're leaving. i just gotta grab shoes.

Geoun smiled and put her phone away and looked up to see a smirking Chungha.

"Got a date?" Chungha smiled and giggled when Geoun's face went red. "Go, have fun and be safe okay?" Chungha hugged Geoun before heading into her own room.
