The rookie twelve (except one) and their senseis were waiting in the gates of Konoha after going for their stuff, their thoughts focused on what the hokage said to a blonde before they were dismissed
'Drop the act'where the words that resonated in everyone's head and the words that made the blonde freak out
Speaking of the blonde, he was running late, like Kakashi late and this just gave time to everyone to formulate more questions....

"I think ji-ji went crazy" certain golden haired said, while packing his stuff without hurry
"He was already crazy kit, but this was crossing the line" a red haired fox said while helping the boy with his stuff
"And whatare you going to do" asked a spider that was staring at every move that the pair did
"Honestly I don't know" the blonde sighed "I don't want everyone asking questions" he finished
"That's inevitable now kit, just do what he said" the fox said while walking around the cave
"He said that I needed to be myself but that's impossible and also I don't think that anyone will like me more that way" the blonde sighed even louder
"That's their problem" an energetic bird said while flying around also helping to pack
"Yeah, but it's kinda mine too, how troublesome" the blonde said while closing the backpack
"Oh shut it you Nara, also you're forgetting this" the fox said while handing an anbu mask and two katanas two the blonde
"Uhh Kura? He didn't allow me to reveal my position, he just said to stop pretending being an idiot y'know?" He said and the fox nodded
"Just in case" the fox said while sealing the items and putting the scroll into the blondes backpack
"Whatever" the blonde rolled his eyes
"time to go" he said and the fox nodded, vanishing into a cloud of smoke and going back to the blondes seal
He said his goodbyes to everyone and went heading towards the village gates

When the boy arrived to the gates everyone was staring at him, wondering if that was the same boy
