Chapter 19

Taehyung and the others rest in the living room. 

"Tae." Rose calls.

"Hm?" Taehyung responds while his eyes still on the tv.

"You change lately." Rose says.

Taehyung looks at her with confusion. He frowning.

"What you mean?" Taehyung asks.

"Since Jennie came, you look like...your cold is less and less." Rose says.

Taehyung glares at her. Jimin notices his glaring. He hugs her girlfriend.

"Don't glare at her." Jimin pouts.

Taehyung rolls his eyes and crosses his arms on his chest

"Then what? Do you want to say that I like her? You want to say that she change me?" Taehyung raises his eyebrows.

"Umm...Kind of." Rose shrugs her shoulder.

"Think before ask." Taehyung scoffs.

"I only ask. That also wants to be angry." Rose rolls her eyes.

"You asking a dumb question." Taehyung says.

"It not dumb. You are the one who dumb!!" Rose talks back.

Jimin looks between them. Taehyung stood up.

"The way you asking is like you suspend me that I like her!!" Taehyung says.

"If you don't, say no!! Is it hard!? Do you have to be sensitive like that!?" Rose stood up.

Jimin sigh. Rose and Taehyung are really rare for them to fight but once they did, better stop them.

"Both of you stop. Just because of a small thing, you guys want to bicker to death." Jimin pulls Rose to sit back.

Rose huffs in angry and Taehyung pushes his hair back.

"Where is the bathroom?" Taehyung asks.

"Of course upstairs. Where else?" Rose scoffs.

"You really dissatisfied with me!!" Taehyung points at her.

Rose sticks out her tongue. Jimin shakes his head.

"It upstairs. At the end of the hallway, Tae." Jimin says.

Taehyung nods and goes upstairs. He walking while looking at his phone.

But then, he stops when heard someone crying. He lifted his gaze and look around.

Where's that sound coming from?

Taehyung follows it and it leads him to Jennie's room. He frowning and hesitated to knock the door.

"Jen?" Taehyung calls.

Its silence. Taehyung gained his courage to knock. He didn't know why he was scared to knock.

"Jennie. Are you in there?" Taehyung knocks.

"Y-Yes." Jennie answer.

Her voice is different. Taehyung can feel it.
"Are you okay? Because I heard crying." Taehyung says.

Taehyung waits for her to answer. The door opens slowly and reveals Jennie in a black oversized sweater.

"I'm okay. Who's crying?" Jennie asks.

Taehyung looks at her up and down. Her hair is messy. Jennie raises her eyebrows.

"Maybe I heard it wrong." Taehyung answer awkwardly.

He sure sounds coming from her room. Jennie rolls her eyes.

"You did. Your ear has a problem that's why." Jennie smirks.

Taehyung glares at her. "I didn't."

"Yeah, you are." Jennie says.

"You are so annoying. Ughh!!" Taehyung walks to the bathroom.

Jennie saw he close the door. That when she let her tears out again. She wipes it as fast as she can.

Rose glance at the clock it already late.
"Jennie!!! Wake up!!!" Rose yells.

No response. She already wakes Jennie up for many times. Yet, still no response.

"Jen!! Taehyung is on his way to come here!! You better hurry!!" Rose yells again.

Still, no response. Rose groans in frustration and wipes her hands.

"This girl..." Rose about to walks upstairs but she saw Jennie.

"Oh. You already awake. I thought I want to drag you downstairs." Rose jokes.

Jennie just smiles and walks to the door. Rose looks at her with confusion.

"You already leaving? You don't want to have breakfast first?" Rose asks.

Jennie stops tie her shoelaces.
"I...I don't have an appetite."

Jennie didn't look at her. It makes Rose confused by her sudden weird behavior.

Suddenly, they heard a honk. Rose puts her hands on her hips.

"Aishh, this kid never is patient," Rose mutters.

"See ya." Jennie walks out.

"Y-Yeah. See ya." Rose blinks her eyes.

During the ride, Jennie didn't say any words. She just keeps silent.

"We will go to photoshoots first. The Channel brand already ask it since yesterday." Taehyung says.

Jennie staring at her hands.
"Have you call the clothes sponsored?" Taehyung asks.

Jennie didn't hear it.
"Yah!!" Taeyhung yells.

"What?" Jennie asks.

"I ask, you already call the clothes sponsored?" Taehyung asks.

"Oh. Yeah. I did." Jennie clear her throat.

"Good. You told me that I have a busy schedule." Taehyung says.

"Yeah, you did." Jennie answer.

Taehyung glance at her. He feels something wrong about her

"WHAT!?" Taehyung yells.

"Yeah. You didn't tell us that you have a photoshoot today. So, we haven't prepared yours." The worker says.

"But the Channel brand call me about it. They didn't inform you?" Taehyung asks.

"Sir, the Channel brand probably told your manager and not us." The worker says.

Taehyung pokes his inner cheeks inside with his tongue.

He let out a heavy sigh. He turns around and walks but then he stops.

"Thank you for your time and I apologized for our mistake." Taehyung bowed.

The worker shocks by his kind attitude.
"N-No problem," The worker says.

Taehyung continues walking.

Being polite is so hard. For me.

He groans and goes to his car.
"How can they didn't know it? Jennie says she already told them." Taehyung mutters.

Suddenly, his phone ringing. He picks it up.
"Hello?"

"Mr. Kim, where are you? We have been waiting for an hour already." Someone calls.

"What? Who is this?" Taehyung asks?

"Mr. Kim, this is from Vogue company. You have a meeting with us to be our model for our next fashion." He says.

"Right now!?" Taehyung asks.

"Yes." He answers.

Okay. What happened? Why Jennie suddenly didn't handle all of this?
