Chapter Eighteen

Days went by so fast pero yung huling sinabi niya saakin noong gabing yun ay presko parin sa ala-ala ko.

He left me dumbfounded that night kaya naman hindi ako nakatulog ng maayos nung gabing 'yon.

It's the last day of our week-long anniversary celebration, kaya naman awarding na today, and I already prepared my speech for later's ceremony, though, I'm very nervous parin.

Ang aga kong nagising for today's event. Di ako ready para dito talaga. Di pa ako handa magbigay ng aking farewell speech. It has been a great journey with the team.

I just wore a white halter tank top and I partnered it with a shorts, then I also put on my gucci belt to add more kaartehan sa outfit ko, together with my beige sneakers. I also put a light make-up tapos kinuha ko na yung LV bag ko, which is a gift from my brother.

Marami dapat akong dadalhin, but since marami na akong extrang damit sa locker ko, dun nalang ako magbibihis, if ever.

Before ako magpahatid sa driver namin, nag-post muna ako ng tweet sa aking twitter and I also updated my instagram story, using a 'peachy' filter on my mirror selfie for my ootd.

Katapos nun ay nag-pahatid na ako sa driver namin papuntang school. Malapit lang naman sa school namin and good thing na walang traffic kaya mabilis lang akong nakarating.

Clei texted me na they were there already sa arena ng school, kaya nagmadali na akong pumunta dun.

Maraming estudyante ang nakakasalubong ko habang naglalakad ako ng mabilis papunta don, at lahat sila napapatingin sakin, ang iba ngumingiti at binabati ako, ang iba naman ay ang sasama ng tingin saakin, as if may ginawa akong mali sa kanila.

Maybe they're angry because natalo ng team namin yung team ng school nila. Oh my gosh! Should I say sorry to them? Or no? Since it was a game naman diba. Dapat lang talaga may winner and loser.

Kinawayan ako ng girls nung makita nila ako sa pintuan ng arena. Napatingin tuloy ang ibang tao sakin.

Napuno ang arena ng mga estudyante from our school and from SVH.

The girls and I were just talking about some stuffs nang biglang humina ang volume ng arena. If you get it, you get it.

Blake and his friends arrived pala kaya tumahimik. Taas-noo silang naglalakad papunta dito sa direksyon namin. Students were flocking over them, mostly kay Blake.

Sino ba naman ang hindi, diba?

They sat infront of us and a little lower din. Naka-hilera silang lahat sa iisang linya ng mga upuan at nasa gitna nila si Blake, which is nasa mismong harap ko naman.

A few minutes after they arrived ay dumating narin ang mga panauhing pandangal ng paaralan na ito. Blake's family, my family, and yung ibang mga stockholders ng school. As well as the other school.

They sat in the middle of the arena, kung saan may sinet-up na bonggang stage yung SSG council for them. Wow, daming budget! Sana all!

"Good morning students! Before we proceed with the awarding ceremony, let's do some warm up first to hype up the mood," Masiglang ani ng mga Masters of Ceremony. I've always wanted to be an emcee, but I think that it's not really meant for me though.

Nag-roll call lang naman sila at nag-cheer ng kanya-kanyang school to hype up the mood. As long as I wanted to join them, I can't. I'm preparing my sweet voice for my speech later.

The program started well. Ang ganda ng flow. May mga intermission din galing sa iba't-ibang orgs and clubs ng bawat school. Nakikita ko namang nag-eenjoy ang parents ko, as well as my siblings, sa mga nakikita nila.
