One month later...

Demi's POV:

We've been filming Camp Rock for the past month, and we were already almost half way done. I've grown closer to the boys. Especially Nick and Joe. I loved how we could talk about anything. I've been spending most of my free time with them. Nick is one of my best friends. Joe and I are really close too. It seems like we do almost everything together.

We were done filming for today, so we all decided to go have dinner together at the diner. We all laughed and talked and had a great time. Joe would keep playing footsies with me under that table, and I couldn't help but to smile.

When we were all done with dinner, which I barely ate, we all went back to our hotel. We stayed in my room this time, and they brought over their guitars, but we ended up getting distracted.

"I can't believe we're half way done already!" Nick said.

"I know, right! It seems like only yesterday we were in that office for the first time." I agreed.

"We need to promise each other something." Nick started. We all looked at him and he continued, "We have to promise that we will stay close once this is all over." He looked at me.

I smiled, "I would love that. I promise." I looked at Kevin.

He nodded, "I promise."

Then we all looked at Joe, "What about you, Joseph?" I smiled.

He smiled too, "I promise."

"So no forgetting about each other." Nick looked at everyone.

"I won't forget." I smiled, and everyone laughed from the reference.

We continued to talk. An hour later, they started packing up and leaving. I went to my bathroom and changed into my pajamas, I saw that Joe was still there, "What are you still doing here, Joseph?" I asked.

"I just wanted to spend some good quality time with my best friend." He smiled.

"Oh, sure." I playfully rolled my eyes.

"I was actually wondering if I could get some advice?" He asked.

I gave him a serious look, "Of course. What is it?"

"Well, my brothers think that I should start dating again..." He trailed off.

"But..." I urged him.

"But the last girl I was actually with ended up cheating on me. We were together for two years." He started.

"And you're scared that it will happen again." I finished for him.

"Exactly." He sighed.

"Not all girls are like her, Joe. There are so many great girls out there, I'm sure you'll find someone. It's okay to not be ready. But you can't judge a girl based on someone else's actions. Not all girls are like her, so it's not fair to them if you judge them based on someone else." I put my hand on his shoulder.

He smirked, "Thanks, Dems." Then his smile grew bigger.

"What?" I looked at him confused.

"That's the first time you called me Joe." He answered.

I laughed, "Don't get used to it, Joseph."

"Oh, come on, it's not that hard. Just say it. Joe."

"Joseph." I smiled.

"Joooe." He repeated.

"Joseeeeph." I repeated. We both laughed, and then Joe tackled me and started tickling me,"No! Stop!" I screamed.
