After the news broke out that Dylan had collapsed during his solo promotions, The whole fandom went into a frenzy. Both solo stans and STAYs couldn't believe that Dylan had to be taken to the hospital often immediately. It only meant that Dylan's heath was really at risk.

When it was revealed that both Hana and his cousin Jaemin were at the scene, fans were anxiously awaiting any news from BigHit. They couldn't wait for JYP Entertainment as the fans knew that they didn't release statements about Dylan's heath often.

Everyone just wanted an update on Dylan's wellbeing.

He had been rushed to the hospital as directed by Hana. They needed to keep Dylan safe from the media's eye. Therefore, Dylan was taken to a hospital that was owned by their family.

It seemed like Jiyeon, their sister-in-law didn't look shocked to see Dylan being brought in. Hana had called her ahead of time, making sure the number of people who saw him was the bare minimum possible.

They had diagnosed him with relapse with his herniated disc and had been suffering from insomnia. It was very noticeable that Dylan wasn't in the right condition to continue with his promotions or schedules at all.

Dylan had been advised once returning to Korea, to get regular checkups to watch his health.

Yet he followed the company's orders to prepare for his solo debut and even went the extra mile to try and join his group by learning the group's choreography but that only led to being thrown to acting roles again.

His family knew the reason why he was staying in JYP when he could choose to terminate his contract. It wasn't that he couldn't afford the breach of contract rather he didn't want to.

He had done this for his members yet they couldn't even hold a civil conversion.

Hana watched as his brother laid in his hospital bed. She couldn't help but feel slightly guilty for leaving him alone in the company. She was meant to protect those around her yet her brother was suffering.

She couldn't just sit there and do nothing. She quickly dialed the number of their lawyer.

"Please get Dylan's contract from JYP Entertainment. Tell them its time to discuss the renewal of his contract."

Dylan was sleeping peacefully for the first time in a few weeks. He usually needed the help of sleeping pills but he only slept two hours with them.

He was barely awake when he heard Hana talking over the phone to their lawyer.

He wasn't shocked that Hana chose this method. In his mind, he knew that it was time to face reality.

He could no longer stay in JYP just for the sake of others. He had to think of himself.

Hana noticed that Dylan finally opened his eyes, and quickly grabbed him a cup of water.

"Do you know that you scared both me and Jaemin? We didn't expect for you to fall like that."

Dylan knew it was probably shocking for his cousin as he never saw him like that. Hana had only encountered that situation twice before: once during his trainee days and the another last year right before his hiatus.

However, Dylan had to make sure of one thing.

"How is Asami?"

Hana looked at him, "Asami is with her uncle Ryu as usual."

That was right. Ryu was Asami's biological uncle but he was not registered as a family member of Jinyoung's since he was only his half brother. Jinyoung didn't even know until six months before his death.

Dylan knew Ryu since they were children about the same time as Jinyoung. He knew that Ryu was the stepson of the director of the Japan branch but he didn't expect for Ryu to be the half brother of Jinyoung. They had the same father after all.

Jinyoung had even put in the will that he wished that Asami could be raised with the two of them around.  Ryu had chosen to move to Korea for this.

So Dylan couldn't help but worry about Asami or Ryu hearing what happened to him and freak out.

Hana probably saw how anxious he was, "Don't worry. I've explained to Ryu that you simply need some rest and a checkup on your back injury. He know what happened and is making sure Asami doesn't know what really happened. By the way, he says you're an idiot for hurting yourself again."

Dylan could help but let out a chuckle. It seemed like everyone around him thought staying at JYP was a bad idea.

"You contacted the lawyers?"

"Yes."

Dylan laid back down on his bed. It seemed like the end was coming soon.

He covered his eyes, "Well it was about time that I finally stood up for myself."

While they were talking, the door opened.

Hana and Dylan was shocked to see who was at the door.

"What are you doing here? The paparazzi are watching, we don't need for your relationship to be revealed at this time."

"I saw the news that he had collapsed. I came immediately after my schedule was over."

Okay so, Ryu is Asami's biological uncle.

Meaning he is Jinyoung's (Asami's dad/Dylan's best friend) half brother. They share the same father.

Jinyoung wished for Dylan and Ryu to have joint custody but legally speaking Asami was adopted by Ryu but Asami is more familiar with Dylan since she had known Dylan her own life. Ryu has been apart of her life for six months before her father passed away.

Therefore they moved to Korea, so Asami could still see Dylan and Ryu could get to know her better.
