Minho- survive

Minho x reader where Thomas is a runner and y/n runs in the maze with Thomas to save Alby, but Minho and y/n are dating and no one knows so they have to survive the maze at night and y/n nearly gets stung by a griever, and so once they are safe in the galde Minho kisses y/n in front of everyone because he is so happy didn't loose her

(Slightly different plot to film)

I am a runner aswell as Minho and Thomas but I run with Thomas he is my running partner.

One day me and Thomas came back from the maze bit earlier than normal and I was waiting around for Minho, Me and Minho are dating but we have kept it a secret from everyone except Thomas he is the only person who knows,we don't know what will happen if people find out expecally Alby.

I was getting quite worried about Minho going into the maze with Alby to see if there any sign of Ben I tried to persuade him not to go but he just saying he will be fine.

*Flashback to last night*

I was in Minho room with him I spend every night here but no one has noticed yet as we are sneaky about it.

He was just telling me how tomorrow he was going to go into maze with Alby to find any sign of Ben.

"Seriously?"

"Yea, why?"

"Alby doesn't know the maze he doesn't know how to works like us, what if something happens"

He walks over to me as I am sat on the bed and kneels down to my height.

"Alby has been her longer than any of us"

"Yea but he isn't a runner"

"Yes but I am, I will be smart I promise I won't leave you"

He then leaned in and kissed me

"I promise, ok?"

"Ok"

*Back to present*

I was starting to worry about Minho, after a while I think others are starting worry aswell. I saw Thomas and went up to him.

"Hey, im starting to worry, Minho and Alby aren't back yet"

"I know I was just thinking the same thing"

We both started to walk over to the doors to wait for them or any sign of them after a few minutes more people started to gather round the doors.

I wasn't sure how long I was stood there but I was taken out of the trance when a gust of wind blew through the doors notify us they were about to close.

I started to panic Minho is still out there, then I saw him coming round the corner but he was going too slow, then I saw he was carrying an unconscious Alby.

People started shouting to go faster to leave Alby but I knew he wouldn't then I turned to Thomas he had this look in his eye and could see what he was thinking.

He looked at me and I nodded at him and he did it back then I grabbed his hand and quickly dragged him through the doors with me before they closed.

Me and Thomas quickly made it through the doors before they shut and fell onto the floor infround of us.

Me and Thomas looked at eachother kinda amazed me didn't get squished, but then I looked at Minho. He had a look on his face I could describe, anger,confusion.

"Why did you do that!"

"I was going to let you die"

"Great now we can all die together"

--time skip to tying Alby up cause I'm lazy--

We were all pulling on a vine to pull Alby up to safety so he could survive when we heard the maze changing a the griever being released.

Minho saw one coming closer we tried to tie Alby off but before we could Minho grabbed my arm and started running leaving Thomas by himself.

But we rounded and few corners and I stopped

"We can't just leave him, he's my friend I won't"

"Fine we can go back but if these not there he could be anywhere"

We went back to where Thomas was and was looking around a bit but I could see him or where he went then I heard some bushes rustling and Thomas come out of them.

"Omg your ok, I'm so sorry we left"

I said while hugging him.

"It's ok, I'm ok"

I'm not sure if he was telling the truth I'm just glad he's here.

Most of the night was running from griever we were able to loose most of them.

But at one point we were running and we just running trying to get away from one then one jumped on top of me pushing me to the floor.

I was trying to get away but wasn't really working that well as I hit my head hard so quite dizzy and confused.

That's when I saw the griever about to sting me but at the last second Minho stabbed it in the stomach.

It screeched and turned round to Thomas and Minho, they quickly ran round grabbed me and ran.

We finally got away and stopped for a second, Minho was able to check my head it was bleeding abit and still hurt but was going to be ok.

He ripped some shirt and held it to my head and wrapped his other arm around my waist and held me to him. We stood like that for a little while.

I looked over to Thomas and smiled at him and he smiled back.

After a little while we realized the the doors should be opening soon so we started making our way to the doors and get Alby.

When we got to the doors they were open and there were alot of people there waiting.

We all finally made it, we are going to be ok.

I then turned to Minho and he grabbed me by the waist and pulled me to him and then kissed me i front of everyone, I kissed him back.

We pulled away, "what are you doing?" I whispered.

"I nearly lost you today, you are everything to me and I want to everyone to know i am with you and I love you"

I smiled and kissed him again.
