Chapter 24: Value never changes

They stayed still wrapped into each other's arms, neither of them tried to make a move, too afraid to let go the moment they are currently living in.

Yet useless to say they needed to let go

"Thanks Lo, for accepting me when I didn't accepted myself " said Camila with a voice full of sincerity tightening her hold on Lauren more.

"There's nothing to accept Camz.. " Lauren said sightly pulling away from the brown eyed girl so she can see in the other girl eyes that she meant each word.

"Wait... as much as I love talking to you under the rain, but getting sick is not worth it" said suddenly Lauren realising how Camila was shivering forgetting about what actually she wanted to say

So she pulled Camila with her trying to find a place where she can protect her from the rain and warm her up so she won't get sick.

"I've got no idea what to do" said Lauren honestly because after walking for 20 minutes they couldn't find any place.

Although what do you expect? It's 4 am in the morning!

"It's ok we can just go there" said Camila shivering from the coldness.

Lauren knew that's not it, she couldn't just keep going like this , fortunately she got an idea

"Let's get in the bus " she said pointing towards the direction (A/N true story if you are in a foreign country and don't know what to do just take a bus and stay there till you have some idea how to proceed, I've done it a lot of time because I am too lazy to read online)

"But we don't even know where it goes "

"It's not like we have a direction or do we?" asked Lauren raising her brows while Camila just shook her head.

"Let's go"

After they got in, Lauren took off her drenched coat from the rain and her hoodie which she was wearing under that and helped Camila wear it.

"You will get sick yourself if you don't wear something warm"

"Lol I'm all good actually I don't even feel cold " said Lauren lying her ass off, truth to be told she was as cold as Camila but when something involves her brown haired beauty, she will always choose her well-being more then her own.

Camila might be a bitch sometimes but sure she wasn't stupid, in this short amount she understood what type of person Lauren is and she believes that she knows Lauren really well, so the previous statement made by the green eyed girl, Camila knew it was a lie so she came up with her own idea.

"Move a little" said Camila and got up and waited for Lauren to move, when she did

Camila took a deep breath and sat on Lauren's lap making the green eyed girls pop out from the shock.

"What are you doing?" said Lauren with shaky voice.

"Raise your hands" said Camila completely avoiding Lauren's questions while Lauren just kept looking at her asking herself  'the heck just happened.'

"Are you gonna raise your hands or not?" asked Camila sternly making the green eyed girl nod her head quickly.

Then she slowly put the hoodie on Lauren and then she got inside it herself and mentally thanked Lauren choice of clothing because if she didn't wear such a big hoodie no way in hell they both will fit in it.

"Better?" asked Camila wrapping her arms around Lauren's waist underneath the hoodie putting her head on her shoulder.

"A LOT BETTER" said Lauren sighing wrapping her arms around Camila again.

Suddenly all insecurities she had all came back. A part of her thought all of this will be gone when they will return to USA also she knew that Camila will never love her or give her a place somewhere in her heart There was a fire of hope that unfortunately was designated to vanish.

"Look what i found" said camila taking her hands out from the hoodie and showing Lauren the 100 euro note all drenched.

"Hey it's mine" said lauren trying to take it back making camila move near her private area, unexpectedly she let go a whimper like sound and stayed still trying to not move otherwise something will end up HARD to hide no pun intended.

"Well everything that is your's is mine" said  camila excitedly.

"And why is that" asked Lauren wrapping her arms under her chest.

"Duh I'm your wife"

'Did she just called herself my wife' that's the exact thought of lauren when she heard it and no one can even imagine the butterfly which erupted in her stomach just by hearing a simple yet meaningful phrase.

"wife huh" added smirking Lauren making Camila more shy for saying that.

"Whatever I don't need it, it's all drenched and eww " said camila obviously trying to change the topic from her last statement throwing the money on lauren's face.

"It doesn't matter because the value of it is still the same just like you " said Lauren taking the money off her face looking INTENTLY at Camila.

"huh?"asked a confused yet scared camila.

"shit happens camz but we need to overcome that" she said carassing camila's cheeks making camila shut her eyes "see this note " said pointing at it "it's been through a lot BUT it's value is still the same and always will be, no one can change that, same goes for your life I know it still hurts and always will but camz you need to move on from it, don't give anymore power to that bastard, don't let him hold you back from finding your true happiness because i know the gullible and carefree camila is still somewhere here" said pointing at her heart "so no matter what NO ONE can take your value away from you no one only you can" a tear rolled down from camila's cheek which Lauren quickly wipped away.

"i want back"

"my value and also the 100 euro" said Camila slightly smiling making lauren laugh a little.

shaking her head "here all your's wifey" said lauren teasing camila a little.

"Will you help me? help me find my value back laur" with serious yet defeated tone said camila while lauren kissed her forehead and said "always camz always" brown eyed inclined a little so she can rest her head on lauren chest again, and took lauren hands on her taking it near her lips so she can kiss it.

Again this little gesture made lauren heart to stop beating for the second time today.

"Thanks lo, tha-" she got interrupted by the phone ringing.

She tried not take it but it was distracting so hastily she answered annoyed.

hey love,long time no talk huh

They were so close that lauren could hear everything and suddenly she knew it was time to wake from her beautiful dream.

We have a destination now don't we?

Unwillingly camila nodded her head, as much as she wanted this whole thing to last she knew it wasn't possible.

They both needed to go back to their actual reality.

That reality which will destroy every little moment they spent together HAPPILY.
