Twenty-Five

I hugged the comforter that covers my body when I woke up. Naramdaman kong may humila sa baywang ko kaya nagmulat na ako ng mga mata. My lips formed a smile when I saw Ryke's sleeping face.

Inangat ko ang daliri ko papunta sa kilay niya. I traced it down to the bridge of his nose. Magaan ko 'rin pinaglandas ang daliri ko sa mahaba niyang pilik-mata.

How can a person be this beautiful? I feel a little bit of jealous on how perfect his features was.

Nginitian ko siya ng magmulat siya ng mata. He blink twice before giving a lazy smile.

"Hi, Gorgeous." He said.

Even when he just woke up, he still look good. I still remember how I gave him stolen glance before every time he sleeps on our house just to see how handsome he was every morning.

He pulled me closer to him and buried his face on my neck, inhaling it before giving a soft kiss. I played with his hair while he still snuggling on my side.

"When are you going to leave?" Ang sabi niya ang bibisitahin lang niya ang lola niya at babalik siya.

"After Christmas and New year." He answered. Umangat ang tingin niya sa akin ng nakangiti. "Kahit hindi pa tayo nagkaayos kung nagkataon, doon pa 'rin ako magse-celebrate sa inyo."

I surveyed every part of his face. "I'm sorry again."

He shook his head and lean to give me a kiss. "Stop saying that. There's nothing wrong with what you felt about our past. It's okay, really. Naiintindihan ko."

Niyakap niya ako at paulit-ulit na hinalikan ang tuktok ng ulo ko. We just stayed on that position for a while. Feeling each others heartbeat and warmth. Umangat lang ulit ako ng tingin ng may maalala.

"I saw you with another girl last time." Nakakunot ang noo ko at masama siyang tinignan.

Nagtataka niya akong tinignan pabalik. Iniisip kung ano ang sinasabi ko.

"She was clinging in your arms." I said bitterly. "You we're laughing while looking at each other."

Nagisip pa siya at bahagyang natawa ng may maalala.

"Si Isabela? Violet, she's my cousin. You know her."

Huh?

"She and Gray flirt before." He said laughing a bit. He kissed the tip of my nose and hug me again.

Inisip ko kung sino ulit 'yon. That Isabela? Wow. She change a lot, huh?

He cook me a nice breakfast after I took a bath. I was feeling kind of soar down there. Namula ako habang iniisip ang nangyari sa amin kagabi.

I cannot believe we did that!

Dumaan 'rin muna kami sa pharmacy to buy me some pills. We're unprotected when we did that last night so we needed to be sure. Parehas pa kaming nagaaral, mahirap na.

"Hindi ka papasok?" Nakangiti kong tanong ng ihinto niya ang sasakyan sa harap ng bahay namin. Umiling lang siya at ngumiti.

"We have a meeting on your Dad's company later. I need to prepare." He lean and give me a kiss. "I need to talk to him in private after what we did last night."
