Like Hermione, we only know Hagrid's blood status: half-giant. We don't know his race. I don't know if J.K Rowling said anything about this or not, but what if Hagrid was black? What if Hermione was black? What if he and Hermione formed a group/club kind of like S.P.E.W. to help people that are prejudiced in the Wizarding World (muggle-borns, werewolves, house-elves, etc)?
