lexie and jaden had started dating after mads and jaden broke up. even though jaden did everything he could to make her feel loved. she wasn't happy. she pretended to be happy. she pretended to eat. excuses-that was what her life was full of. lexie's childhood wasn't fun. her mom died when lexie was 5. her dad the guy she looked up to had changed. he got married 2 months after her mother's death. her step mother replaced her but lexie never liked her. Her step mother had a daughter. The moment her step mother entered the house her dad stoppped caring about her. she hadn't been happy in the longest time till she met the sway boys. they all treated her like their little sister except jaden. the two fell for each other. to add to her problems the internet was not the nicest towards neither was jaden's ex girlfriend mads, she kept shading lexie. at this point lexie felt nothing. she was numb. no emotions she felt like a waste of space on earth. this brings us to the present day
jaden was at the studio recording his new song and discussing the details for the music video. he knew lexie wasn't fine but he hoped that she was. he loved her and would do anything for her. he was worried about her and wasn't able to concentrate at the studio so he told the managers that they would work on it later. he sat in his car and made his way home.
at home lexie had just seen some comments saying that she looked like a whale and that mads was better for jaden. she was always insecure about her weight. this just proved it. truth to be told lexie wasn't fat but people constantly telling her she was just put her confidence down. she was sobbing. she didn't know how to feel. she was sitting in bed on with her phone in her hand. that's when she heard the door opened. and jaden's voice echoed through the house. she didn't want him to see her like this so she ran to the bathroom and locked the door behind her.
jaden:BABE
he shouted
jaden:LEXIE
he didn't hear a response so he ran to their shared room looking for his girlfriend. he ran in to see the room empty. lexie made the mistake to leave her phone on. jaden walked to the bed and saw her phone. he picked it up and saw the comments. his face dropped. he hated would people could say this stuff about someone. he didn't like mads he loves lexie but some 'fans' couldn't understand that. he went to her dms and saw a few of them. 99% of her dms for death threats even from some people who he thought were his friends. he needed to comfort her. he had tears running down his face as he saw the messages and comments.
he shut her phone and composed himself. he looked around wondering where she was that's when he sobs coming from the bathroom. he ran over to the bathroom and knocked. no answer.
jaden:babe
he voice soft and careful
no answer
jaden:please can you let me in?
he asked on the verge of tears
lexie:i'm fine leave me alone
her voice tired and raspy from crying. his heart broke hearing her like that.
jaden:lex please
his voice cracking. she knew he wouldn't let it go so she unlocked the door. he waited for a moment before walking in to see her curled up in a ball and at the corner of the bathroom. he walked up to her and kneeled next to her.
jaden:it's okay
he said before pulling her into his arms. she wrapped her arms around him tightly. he sat down and placed her on his lap.
lexie:i can't do this anymore
jaden:hey it's going to be okay
lexie:no it's not jaden. i'm not supposed to be here.
he looked at her with tears in his eyes
jaden:stop saying that
lexie:it's the truth
jaden:stop stop saying that please. if you do anything to yourself i will too. don't you get it i can't live without lex. no one makes me as happy as you. please don't leave me. i love you so much. i'll help you. i'm here. even the boys are.
he said voice cracking and tears streaming down his face. her heart broke hearing him speak.
lexie:you'll be fine.
she said with no emotion
he scoffed
jaden:please lex
she couldn't do it anymore. she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him. he stood up and walked out with her in his arms. he laid with lexie on top of him. she snuggled into his chest and kissed it. he kissed her forehead. she fell asleep. when jaden knew she fell asleep he let out quiet sobs and fell asleep too
