"Draco Malfoy? A Death Eater? Harry have you gone mad?" Y/n laughed at me as I explained to her my theory.
"He has to be. Borgin & Burkes, it must have been some kind of initiation. Hermione saw it" I insisted.
"Hermione said she didn't know what she saw. It could have been anything"
"Why are you defending him"
I watched her eyes shift expressions. She cleared her throat.
"I'm not defending him I'm just trying to make you think rationally" she said. She quickly fastened her speed and walked ahead of me.
"Hurry up I don't want to be late for lunch"
I hurried behind y/n.
When we got to the Great Hall i took my seat next to Ron at the Gryffindor table. I watched Y/n sit next to Ginny a few seats down.
Hermione sighed.
"What is it now Harry, I know that look"
Ron looked at me with a mouth full of food.
"I think Y/n's working with Malfoy"
Ron suddenly started coking. He took a sip of his pumpkin juice and did a 90 degree turn to look at me. Hermione's facial expression was blank.
"You've really lost it" Ron said.
"Yeah Harry, what in the world makes you think that"
"Well I told her my theory and I asked her why she was defending him because it seemed like she was defending him and her face changed and said she wasn't and completely changed the subject"
"So you think she's a Death Eater too because she changed the subject when you were talking about Malfoy?" Hermione asked
"Maybe she just hates him like me" Ron said putting another spoonful of food in his mouth.
"There's no proof either of your theories are true" Hermione said.
"I just find it a bit...weird" I told them. I continued to look at Y/n.
There was no actual way she could be working with Malfoy. For..many..many..reasons. I'm starting to think maybe I'm just paranoid.

I sat up in my bed. My scar was hurting and I couldn't sleep. I remember the marauders map and I pulled it out.
"I solemnly wear I am up to no good" I tapped the blank map with my wand.
I opened the map and saw a couple footsteps of students who are roaming around outside past bedtime. A name caught my eye.
Draco Malfoy's footsteps were moving quickly down the corridors. He stopped and suddenly disappeared.
I grabbed my cloak of invisibility and intended to see what was there. I threw on my cloak and walked downstairs out of the boys dormitory into the Gryffindor common room. A female figure made me stop in my place. Y/n was looking around the common room sneakily as if she didn't want to be seen. She walked towards the portrait entrance and left. I quickly opened the marauders map and watched her footsteps. I followed them out the common room. She stopped in the same corridor as Malfoy. She disappeared too. I quickly made my way to that spot. It was nothing but wall, but I knew what room was behind it. The room of requirement. Questions raced around my head.
I knew something was weird. She's a Death Eater and she's working with Malfoy.
I stood at the end of the corridor and waited...

Two names appeared on the map. I looked up and they were standing in the corridor. Draco walked towards my direction. I froze.
"Draco stop" y/n caught up to him and swung his shoulder around.
"What y/n?" He snapped
"Your being careless, your doing this carelessly. Harry suspects-"
Malfoy cut her off "To hell with Potter, why should I care? It's not like it's going to matter in a couple of days"
"Yes it does matter. I know you don't want to do this"
What didn't Malfoy want to do? I watched was silently as I could
"I have no choice"
Y/n placed both her hands on Malfoy's face.
"Maybe you don't. But I do. You don't have to do this alone"
Draco placed his hands on top of hers
"What are you going to do?" He asked.
"I'm going to join" she said
Draco's hands dropped from her face.
"No I can't let you do that y/n. Your to good for this, you don't deserve this."
"Neither do you Draco. Let me do this."
"Okay" Malfoy sighed.
I watched y/n give him a sight smile.
They kissed.
I wanted to intervene. I couldn't give away that I was watching.
Suddenly Malfoy pulled away from her.
"I'm sorry...I love you" He raised his wand.
"Draco..?" Y/n asked confused and scared "no"
"Obliviate"
A green light shot out of Malfoy's wand.
He walked past her without a second glance. He was already gone from the corridor when Y/n opened her eyes.
All her memories of Draco are gone.
I removed my cloak and shook her gently
"Y/n?"
"Harry? Hi Um..how did I get here?"
"You were sleep walking. Did you know you sleep walk?" I tried to joke.
"Oh."
"Come one let's go back to the common room"
