Armelle Dela River is a chef in training who graduated at the top of her class. She dislikes following rules or anything of that sort and has been allowed to work alongside a well-known chef. She has to train with the owner and chef Alexander Valiente.
Alexander Valiente is a perfectionist. Always wants things to be exactly the way he wants them to be. He is someone that will do anything to get the recipe the way it is supposed to be.
He follows the rules he keeps in his restaurant.
