Coming Back Home!

A week and a half of being on their honeymoon, Ivan and Alfred were glad that they were back home. Home, being Ivans mansion that he had lived in for years and Alfred had just moved in not too long ago. Alfred didn't realize the different life styles him and his husband have both had, that is, until he walked through the door;

"Welcome home!" They entered to the Raivas, Edward and Toris, lined up at the entrance for a formal greeting. Alfred was a bit taken back, especially by all the "I'll take your coat, sir," and the "dinner is already on the table for you to enjoy," it was all so new to him, being that he had lived alone in a small apartment in New York City. Alfred was always used to fending for himself, it was the way he always was. Independent. And now that there are three people are at his command doing everything for him, he didn't know how to feel.

"Mr. America, sir?" Raivas looked up at Alfred timidly, "may I take this for you?" He said, referring to the rather large suitcase Alfred had carried in from the car,

"Uh... Are you sure you'll be able to do this, little dude?" He asked, surprised since he knew very obviously how small and frail the boy is. And for him to be asking to take Alfreds huge bag was a little ridiculous to the bigger country.

"I can do it!" The boy said confidently, looking back at his brothers for reassurance. Alfred sighed and leaned down to meet Raivas' height,

"How about this kid, go eat dinner while it's still hot and I'll tell Ivan how you carried this huge bag up to our room all by yourself, it'll really impress him?" Raivas looked at Alfred confusingly, before giving a small smile.

"Yes, sir, thank you," Raivas bowed before heading to the dining area,

"... Thank you, Mr. America," Toris came up to him,

"Don't worry about it. Me and Ivan are two completely different people. Ivan doesn't know his own strenth, and to be honest, sometimes I don't know my own either, but the difference is that I can see the strenth in others. Ivan grew up with the mentality that if you're strong enough to survive a snowstorm then you can do anything. He hasn't grown out of that yet and still sees people like he was when he was a kid. Raivas is a kid. But he's not Ivan. He could get hurt if he were to carry this huge suitcase up the stairs," Toris nodded, "but I also know this; if there's a good balance between strength and self awareness, then I bet ya when that kid gets older he'll be the strongest one out there." America nodded and Toris bowed,

"Thank you, I'm glad that you see that," Toris smiled lightly,

"Of course, I do! Oh, and by the way... enough with all the formality, I mean we're friends!" They both laughed,

"Haha, I'll keep that noted," for the rest of the evening, Alfred kept his promise and told Ivan how Raivas "carried" his suitcase all the way up to his room, and Ivan was impressed, knowing the amount of things Alfred has to take with him on trips (he thinks it's a little ridiculous, I mean, seriously! Who takes that much stuff with them?!).
