Clones sounds kind of weird, but basically a clone is what is back in your CR once you've shifted. You can script* your clone to do things while you're in your DR such as working out or doing schoolwork, or you can just have it sleep.
●Make sure you script* that your clone knows it's a clone, and that it won't tell anybody
●Make sure that you script* that your clone will act as you normally do while you're gone
