As if there weren't enough chapters already, here's another 😂 So basically on these next few chapters (I have made a chapter for each method, but don't worry they are fairly short) I'll be explaining to you different methods for shifting, you obviously don't need to read them all if you already know some methods, but if you are having trouble shifting you may find some new ones that will work for you :)

What's a "shifting method"

A method for shifting is just a way that has worked for lot's of other people when shifting that may or may not work for you (The most popular/commonly used methods are the raven method*, the alice in wonderland method*, and the pillow method*)

You do not have to use one specific method, you can take a little from here and there and find whatever works for you

When you're trying to shift make sure you have no distractions otherwise you will have to restart

Shifting can take a while (It usually takes me about 20 ish minutes)

It shouldn't take you months to shift, as long as you believe it will work and you are focused you could do it in your first couple tries!

If you don't get it on your first couple tries (I didn't it took me 9-10 tries before I got it) don't get discouraged!! You have to keep trying, try different things, and believe in yourself

* - The Raven method is the most popular method, see "▴The Raven Method▴" for more info

* - The Alice In Wonderland method is a commonly used method as well, see "▴The Alice In Wonderland Method▴" for more info

*- The Pillow method is often used with another method, see "▴The Pillow Method▴" for more info
