make sure you have no distractions

play the sound of a heartbeat (I suggest 10-20 minutes vid), place the device under your pillow

lay down and imagine yourself laying on someone from your DR chest

keep your eyes closed and on't move the entire time

repeat affirmations while visualizing

after the sound ends, imagine the person from your DR waking you up and leading you to a door

they will open the door and there will be a very bright light, then. imagine you wal;k through the door

you will feel like you're falling 

next, go to sleep and you will wake up in your DR
