You need to be pretty tired for this to work (tired enough to fall asleep, but awake enough to focus)

Shut off any distractions (Ex. phone, heater, you can't hear pets snoring or whatever, etc.)

Lay down in a comfortable starfish position, none of your limbs should be touching

Keep your eyes closed and don't move the entire time (if you move or open your eyes just restart)

Once you are ready, count to 100 slowly in your head and repeat affirmations in between each number (Ex. 1..I am in my desired reality..2..I can shift with ease..3..)

Once you get to 100, think about places/people/scenarios from your DR while still repeating affirmations

●fall asleep and you will wake up in your desired reality
