●You need to be pretty tired for this to work (tired enough to fall asleep, but awake enough to focus)
●Shut off any distractions (Ex. phone, heater, you can't hear pets snoring or whatever, etc.)
●Lay down in a comfortable starfish position, none of your limbs should be touching
●Keep your eyes closed and don't move the entire time (if you move or open your eyes just restart)
●Once you are ready, count to 100 slowly in your head and repeat affirmations in between each number (Ex. 1..I am in my desired reality..2..I can shift with ease..3..)
●Once you get to 100, think about places/people/scenarios from your DR while still repeating affirmations
●fall asleep and you will wake up in your desired reality
