Make sure you have no distractions

lay in a comfortable starfish position, no limbs should be touching

keep your eyes closed and don't move the entire time 

imagine yourself getting onto a train to your DR

visualize people/places/scenarios from your DR and think about how you feel. Is it hot or cold on the train, what's outside the window, what do the seats feel like, etc.

repeat affirmations while you're on the train

once you smell or hear whatever you scripted would happen when you shifted, open your eyes

you will be in your DR
