Last night talks has affected him in a way. Not just the fact that it torments his dream, even as he's awake in the morning, Mukuro's words lingers in his head.

'I can't let this continue' determined to be a better man- a better father, He spend more time with the children everytime they're not asleep nor at school, working and even doing some freelance job as a web developer to not depend on his brother as he showers them with toys and beautiful things in life.

Always say that he loves them, reading them bed time stories, kissing them goodnight, and more less doing everything in his power with one hope and one only.

For them to trust him back...

It took a while to see their faces blooming with genuine smiles again. But honestly? It's worth it. All of the missing sleep, all of the time he spent is worth a while.

Some moths has passed since then and he had promised to take them to the Sakura sightseeing.

Everything is perfect. From the cute bento's he has made, the fun schedule they've planned, all of the good stuff.

Tsuna however, has not predicted one thing...

Ever since that morning, he had woken up all confused. Despite knowing what's up with today and what he's supposed to do, he couldn't help but staring at the distance, mind all muddled and couldn't think straight.

He know that something is a miss, but he just can't pinpoint on what.

His heart is skipping a beat in the contrary of his oxygen intake, he felt slightly lightheaded and genuinely lost.

'Something's not right...'

Well, that's pretty obvious. He's still planning to go through it anyway, shrugging it of as one of 'it'll pass' moments, it's just his usual fatigue anyway.

Or so he had wished.

However as the time passed, there's a noticeable ache in his chest that's slowly creeping to his arms, neck, jaw, and back. His hands starting to get all clammy and he couldn't no longer ignore the nausea that's starting to build up within.

Did he get another panic attack? Was he really that anxious yet didn't realize it? Did he got sick?

He couldn't tell. Couldn't think over the pained series of coughs and wheeze he's under. He couldn't see.

Leaning against the counter, he find himself slowly lower his body to the floor. Right hand grabbing a fistful over his left chest while his other hand trying to get a grasp on something- anything, so he won't lose to the gravity and face planting to the cold hard ground.

Yet his attempt backfires the moment he pulled the dish racks instead, resulting in series of loud clashing noises of the broken plates.

'Crap' he should be cleaning the shards in case the children get curious and harmed themself.

But he couldn't move. He couldn't hear. He couldn't breath...

Not even he could tell how long he's been trying to stay awake. He couldn't figure out what's going on other than the fact that he fell to the comfort of numbing darkness that's engulfed him whole.

.oOo.

Yawning awake with a little strech, That Red headed male went to take a shower remembering that today his best friend slash friendly neighbor had asked him to have a picnic with him and his adorable children.

He chuckled a bit remembering how they hates to be called adorable by other than by their own father, well, maybe not the youngest three but the various responses of the others are quite funny.

Humming happily as he get all dressed up, he grinned at the mirror. "Yosh! Let's have a great weekend~!" He pumped a fist to the sky, soon striding to pack his own lunch box.

'I wonder if Tsuna will dress them up in a theme again' he chuckled as he ate his breakfast while also reading a magazine.

His horoscope said good things will come to him today and the weather man told him that it'll be a beautiful sunny day. He couldn't help but smile dumbly at his immerse luck.

He should have expected it, but honestly he still got startled a bit as his doorbell and the door itself got harassed by who's likely to be the said children.

Chuckling, he thought to himself, 'Damn, I guess they're much more excited than I am'

Glancing through the peep hole, as expected, it was the children. So putting on the biggest grin he has, he opened the door, cheerfully greeted, "Good Morn-"

"SIMON-SAN!"

He blinked in surprise. Looking down at his little guests, he didn't find the happy smiles that he had expected. Instead, he was greeted by tear streaked faces of the five youngest in the group.

"E-Eh? What's wrong?" Worry is all he felt as the previous excitement just vanish.

"P-papa needs help!" Takeshi manage to crooked out before they dragged him to where two of their oldest brothers are

...The indigonet is doing a chest compression on their paper-white father while the second oldest is on the phone trying to call or probably threatening for the ambulance to come faster. Both faces are vacant of emotions although no doubt that both are just as shaken up as the others...

Enma's blood drained at the scene. Snapping himself to reality, he instantly jumped in action, proceeding on doing proper CPR in hope of rising the chance for the older man to survive. As soon he took over, the two instantly went to calm down their younger siblings who's obviously still panicking over the situation their father's in.

'Not like This, Tsuna! Hold on a bit longer!' That ginger prayed inside as he pumped his chest and share breath with the brunet.

15 minutes never seemed to be that long for them. It feels like forever until the help finally arrive...

"It's okay. Your father will be just fine" Enma tried to assure the poor children although he felt like talking for himself.

'Goddamnit, Tsuna... don't you dare giving up on us' he clenched the grip on the steer as he drove with the children, having no heart to leave them all alone in the house. As reckless as it is, he rather to be at the hospital in case... anything were to happen...

'Please Kami-sama, don't take him just yet. Not like this...'

His friend, his savior, Tsuna has always been the light on his life. And to see him like that, to ever imagining him-

'No. He'll be fine. Tsuna is strong'

"He'll be fine..."

He tried to keep his emotions intact as he called the others.

"Hello?" Thankfully the person picked up.

"It's Tsuna..."
