"well... I'm not dying if that's what you're worried about" you exclaimed breaking the awkward silence
"Th-Then- then what happened? Cos you passing out w-was really scary" Penelope pointed out nervously
"Ah, w-well... how do I say this? Spencer you tell them" you ordered quickly.
"I don't want to tell them" Spencer replied stealthily.
"I don't want to say either, but they need to know" you pointed out, turning to look at Spencer.
"How about we both say it?" he suggested
"Ok, on the count of three" you began
"3... 2... 1..." you both counted down at the same time.
"... -1...-2"
"Spence I knew you were going to do that" you sighed
"You did it too" Spencer argued
"Ugh... Ok, it'll be fine, we'll be fine-"
"Are you guys going to argue about this or are you going to tell us?" Rossi asked
"Right, sorry" you replied turning back to the team.
"I've don't have a virus, or food poising, I have been experiencing morning sickness because I... am... pregnant" you explained uncomfortably.
"You're what?!" Penelope shouted jumping onto you.
"I'm pregnant, but I'm pretty sure that question was rhetoric" you told her.
"It was! Oh my god I'm so happy for you! How far gone are you?" she asked
"3 months" Spencer replied for you.
"3 MONTHS?! YOU DON'T LOOK 3 MONTHS!" She screamed
"Pen your hurting my knee" you groaned feeling a pain shoot through your leg. Penelope quickly let go and Spencer wrapped his arm around your waist for support.
"This is amazing!" JJ exclaimed and you gave her a sceptical smile
"this is amazing? Right? You guys did want kids?"
"Oh yeah... we did- We do but given our current situation I'm not sure the timing great" you mumbled trying to smile through your fears. JJ gave an understanding smile, and rubbed your shoulder
"I will be given morning sickness meds, so I should be fine with that, but I don't know, this is kinda scary"
"Well you guys should have been more careful" Derek joked
"We were... not... I usually get an injection but so much has happened recently I-I forgot a-and-" your lip quivered and you began to tear up.
"Are you crying?" Spencer asked.
"Shut up, I'm very emotional"
"Well congratulations, and don't worry about what's going on right now, we'll keep you safe" Hotch cut in
"Thank you, I'm going back upstairs to sleep, because I still feel sick" You sighed, walking back upstairs and passing out on the bed.
You were woken up hours later by Spencer informing you that Hotch had an announcement to make, you hoped it was that you could all go home
"I just spoke to the bureau and they have agreed to send our families to us. Which I'm afraid is only Will, Henry and Jack so this news doesn't really concern the rest of you but I wouldn't want you all to be confused when they turn up" Hotch announced.
Jack, Will and Henry all arrived later in the afternoon, it was nice watching Hotch and JJ get reunited with their families. So nice in fact that it made you very emotional and you began to cry.
