No Strings Attached

Everyone stayed at the Puckerman Palace for about a week before finally leaving. Rachel had left after a few days because she had to get back to work or school or something and needed to save her time off for the wedding and honeymoon.

Noah was working a lot. The album was released and he had his first TV appearance for it so Quinn was home alone watching the live episode.

"Noah, we're really glad to have you here. We haven't had you in two or three years, right?"

"Yeah, it's been a while." Noah nodded. "But it's good to be here. Thanks for having me back."

"We're glad you're with us. Before we dive into the album, can we discuss your personal life?"

Noah smiled slightly. "I know where this is going."

"You do? Where's it going?"

"You're gonna ask me if the baby rumors are true." Noah noted.

Quinn watched the screen as the interviewers nodded and smiled. They responded, but Quinn didn't hear what they said because she was too busy watching Noah. He was charming, and he was clearly good at interviews.

"They are." Noah stated. "We're gonna have a baby in June."

"Congratulations! Girl or boy?"

"A girl." Noah smiled happily. "The baby's healthy and we're excited."

"Absolutely. So you have two babies this year: the album and the baby baby."

"Yeah." Noah laughed lightly. "Yeah, I'll have to hold off on a tour for now while we get everything ready for the baby, but I'll jump back into it when I can."

"Diapers are expensive, you know. You might wanna start scheduling some shows in advance."

"We'll be okay." Noah promised.

"What about the baby mama? Any drama there?"

"No, Quinn's so cool." Noah responded. "She's really the best. I've been trying to protect her, but she gets my life. She's been great. And, you know, she and the baby are healthy. I really couldn't ask for anyone better or anything more."

Quinn smiled.

"Well, congratulations. This is an exciting year for you and we're excited hearing about it. Now let's jump into the album."

Quinn opened her eyes and looked at Noah.

"Hey, did you eat dinner yet? I can make something if you want." Noah offered.

"No, I'm not hungry." Quinn replied.

Noah nodded as he sat down beside Quinn.

"I watched you on TV this morning. You looked great and you did such a good job." Quinn stated.

"Thank you." Noah smiled. "I hope I didn't blow your cover when I said your name. That was an accident."

"It's okay." Quinn said. "You were so cute talking about the baby. You sounded really excited and happy."

"I am." Noah nodded.

Quinn smiled as she cupped Noah's cheek. "Come here."
