"Hey, I'm on my way home." Noah said when Quinn answered the phone. "How are my girls?"

"Good." Quinn answered. "I finished packing your stuff for the wedding."

"The wedding?" Noah repeated.

"Finn's wedding." Quinn said.

"That's in, like, two months." Noah noted.

"That's next month." Quinn replied. "And the baby will be here in two months."

"Oh, right." Noah muttered.

"Are you okay?" Quinn wondered.

"Yeah, I just lost track of time, I guess." Noah said.

"Alright, well, hurry up and come home." Quinn commanded. "'Cause you're in trouble."

"I'm in trouble?" Noah repeated. "Why?"

"I was talking to Finn the other day and he asked me what we did for your birthday." Quinn said. "Why did you let me miss your birthday?"

"You could've found it on the internet." Noah responded.

"I'm serious, Noah." Quinn replied.

"I'm not big on my birthday." Noah stated. "I've never been big on it. Some of my parents' worst fights were on my birthday. In fact, I think my dad mentioned how much he didn't want me every year."

Quinn frowned. "Well, I want you. And I wanna celebrate you."

"Next year." Noah said.

"This year. I'll see you soon." Quinn said as she hung up the phone and looked at Finn. "He's almost here. Go in the yard and keep everyone quiet."

"Got it." Finn smiled as he walked away.

As soon as Finn was gone, the front door opened and Noah entered.

"Hi." Quinn smiled, greeting him with a kiss.

"Hi." Noah repeated. "You're in a good mood for someone who's supposed to be in bed."

"Your birthday is an exception." Quinn stated, grabbing one of the paper party hats from the table. She put it on Noah's head and smiled. "Happy birthday, Noah."

"What's going on?" Noah wondered.

"You'll see." Quinn smirked as she squeezed Noah's hand. "Come on."
