One important thing to add to your script is how the passing of time in your DR correlates to the time in your CR. An example of what you can put in your script is:
5 Minutes in my CR is 1 day in my DR
(CR is current reality and DR is desired reality)
This basically defines how much time passes in your DR based on the time in your CR. You can change these numbers however you'd like depending on how long you'd like to be in your DR each time you shift. If you are just beginning shifting, you shouldn't do something like 1 Second in CR is 1 year in DR because that is very mentally draining and honestly, it's just not a great idea to do shifts longer than like 2 months as a beginner shifter. For my current script, I say that one hour in my CR is 6 days in my DR.
Tip: Script that you have a special watch or clock in your DR that shows the time in your CR if you're worried about spending too much time in your DR.
