If you are familiar with reality shifting, you have probably heard of the raven method. The raven method is known as one of the most popular methods for reality shifting and it is very beginner friendly. To begin the method it is recommended that you meditate, youtube has lots of guided meditations that I find helpful when calming my mind and preparing to shift. Once you have meditated, lay down on your back in a starfish position (Make sure you have no limbs touching). Then count to 100 either in your head or out loud, whichever works best for you. Once you finish counting, visualize/think about your DR. What does it look like? What does it smell like? Is there anybody in the room with you? While Visualizing make sure to say your affirmations. Once you feel like you are in you DR fall asleep. You should wake up in your DR. If this doesn't work the first few times, don't be upset. Shifting takes time and practice and YOU WILL SHIFT.
