I personally am not a fan of this method because it is based on how well you can visualize things. First, pick a song that reminds you of your DR or a person from your DR and play it.Imagine that you and someone from your DR are dancing to or just enjoying the song together. When the song ends, visualize that person leading you to a door and opening it. In the door there is only bright white light. Say your affirmations and walk into the white light. You should start to feel shifting symptoms (Talked about later on in this book). Once the symptoms subside, affirm once more,fall asleep, and you should wake up in your DR. This is one of the more complicated methods but I have heard some great things about it.
