I have never heard of this method before reading the article I listed on the Introduction To Methods page but it seems interesting. For this method you need to be really sleepy so I suggest just waking up super duper early that morning so you can shift for a longer amount of time instead of staying up late and having less shifting time.Get in a comfortable position and close your eyes.Once you are almost asleep you want to say "I intend to wake up in my desired reality". you want to fall asleep right after you say this so your mind has no time to doubt it. you should wake up in your DR.
