outing pt.2

Taking our fishing gear, all of us walked to the lake for fishing some fishes for lunch.
"Ok who is gonna stay with the kittens?" I looked at hoshi and taehyung who were terrified out of their wits when I asked them to join us.

Tigers are great swimmers, only when needed otherwise they are still big cats. They huddled far away from the river bank as I sighed looking at him. No wonder when namjoon told he had to force him to get inside the bathroom for showers.

"I will stay!" seokjin raised his hand making me furrow my eyebrow. "Are you sure jinie? I thought you were excited to go for fishing."

I was right, he was hesitant. "Hyung don't worry." namjoon patted jin's wide shoulder. "I will take care of them, you can go and enjoy your time fishing."

"Really namjoon?"

"Yup hyung. I was not gonna go anyway."

I held jin's large hand looking at namjoon. "Thank you namjoon, you are a good boy." I scratched his ears his tail wagging rapidly. "Ok guys let's go!" I kissed his cheeks for being a good boy while he became a beetroot.

Me, jin and jeonghan shared a boat while jihoon, Jessi unnie and Mingyu fished from the deck and Joshua, a pouting jimin and Vernon shared a boat. Wonwoo was catching fish in his animal form so did dokyeom as he swam across the lake with his small otter form.

After an hour we surprisingly caught a lot of fish

"Hey, ryu! How about a song to pass the time?" Joshua suggested as he took out his guitar.

"What the? You brought your guitar too?" I shook my head chuckling.

"You should always be ready, I guess." he just shrugged.

"Mochi~ please....."

"Yeah cupcake, you sing very good."

I sighed defeated by my hybrid and their heart killing aegyo. "Ok..... What song do you wanna hear?"

"Anything..." jeonghan smiled as I nodded singing my all time favorite honey by kehelani.

"Hey Josh, honey."

"Oh kehelani? Sweet." with that he started playing his guitar while others listened still fishing. Wonwoo flew above me sitting on my shoulder while dokyeom started swimming near my boat. I closed my eyes hearing the tune of the guitar.

The environment was quiet, my voice, Joshua's guitar and the slow flowing of the water were the only sound being heard. I opened my eyes to see everyone's eyes closed too making me smile but I flinched as I heard jimin growl at something behind us jin and wonwoo also squawked making me look behind us to see a another otter with white face floating near our boat giving us a grin which I supposed was his attempt to give a smile tilting its cute little head which looked so cute as well as funny that everyone including the tensed hybrid started laughing at him. Dokyeom swam to him jumping onto the new apperance making me coo at them.

Jimin who was watching them interact couldn't contain his excitement watching the duo play as he turned to his animal form diving into the cold water.

“Aish!! Jimin-ah the water is cold you dim wit!” jin scolded the now shivering puppy as her took out the towel from the box and pulling jimin out of the water drying his small body.

“My jimin-ah pabo.” I chuckled at his shivering form. I heard the new otter squeak as jin told me. “He said he liked your voice.”

“Oh really sweetheart? Thank you .” I smiled at the otter as I patted his head a little but flinch a little at how cold his fur was. I heard whimpering sound from my both hybrids, I laughed at their attempt to get my attention as I placed single kiss on their head. “My cute attention seekers.”

I heard the otter squeaked again as Vernon translated it for me. “Ooo.... Noona, he said he needs to ask for a favor.”

I looked at the bunny before setting my eyes on the cute otter. “Hmm how can I help you?” it squeaked again before diving into the waters, after few moments it comes up holding 3 to 2 small fishes as he struggled to put it on our boat. We all looking at his every move, as I cooed at his cute attempt to reach up the boat after that he let out another cute squeak.

“Aww! Cupcake he told in exchange of the fishes he wants a carrot.” jin found his attempt cute too, why won't he it was the most cutest thing I have ever seen.

“Oh sure baby, you didn't had to bring anything in exchange. You should have just asked.” I looked at the others. “Lets head back, we already have enough for today.” they all agreed as I asked jin for the towel before picking the wet otter into my arms, dokyeom went to jeonghan who was ready with a dry towel, wonwoo flew back to the campsite as we head back for making lunch.

Taehyung was rolling down with hoshi while namjoon tried his best to control them, jihoon, Mingyu and Jessi unnie were able to catch some crabs, small shrimps and small fishes when we reached the camp. Taehyung and namjoon didn't gave the same reaction as jin and jimin when they first saw the otter but were excited to meet him.

“Look guys our little friend gave us few fresh water fishes which taste really good when grilled.”

“Wow really? Thanks little friend.” taehyung hugged the otter happily, dokyeom joined them shortly in his hybrid form full dried and dressed. I looked at namjoon. “Joonie can you bring two small carrots at least as big as he could handle.”

“Ok puppy.” he kissed on my forehead before running to our caravan.

“And taehyung let that little thing go....” he pouted at my words as dokyeom also copied his friend's face still hugging the otter.

“But tiger, he said he likes hugs.” I raised my eyebrow looking at the otter as I felt his nod his head as it cupped it's face making me giggle. I ordered taehyung to put it down which he had to listen no matter what.

“Here you go puppy.” namjoon came back with two small carrots as I asked him. He walked to the otter bending down a little. “There goes your carrots friend.”

“Wait!” jin walked to otter with a small piece of tuna. “A gift from my side .” the otter squeaked eating the piece before taking the carrots in his mouth and ran towards the forest in his four. Before he entered turning to look back as he stood from his two legs, he waved with his two little paw before running again.

“Bye bye!!” taehyung, jimin and dokyeom cheerfully bid their new found friend. After that our day passed by as we planned having some grilled fish and shells which namjoon rejected to eat at any cost so I made chicken stew for him separately as I remember he didn't like see food.

I cooed at my wolf as he was playing with the crabs Mingyu and other two caught in his wolf form. In the evening we made some barbeque, sat around the bonfire made by wonwoo and Mingyu and sang and danced until everyone was ready for bed.

We really should have this kind of outing once in a while. We were inside the caravan deciding who would sleep where and unlucky younger ones were to sleep on the convertable bed while namjoon and jin got the luck to sleep with me. Four of them were deep in sleep in their animal form as I smiled at their cute sleeping postures.

Jin as always slept near my head while namjoon by my side. Taehyung being the cute weird one was sleeping on his back, his big jello paws up in the air and the little corgi, jimin slept on his belly.
