"There are not enough days in forever to allow me to fully express the depth of my love for you."

Nicholas POV:

Thanksgiving

After the revelation to both of our lives we settled it appropriately, I was just thankful she listened to me and forgave me. This time it's different. We put our trust in each other and promise that we will never lie again. I'm really blessed to have a woman like her, If it was another she might run away without looking back. But Bella was different among them, that's what I love most about her. The most understanding woman I ever met aside from my mother. A woman like Bella deserved a better man, not someone who didn't have his huge shit baggage. But I'm a selfish man and I wanted her all by myself.

I put double security behind her, she doesn't know about it, she will freak out. So I ask the guys to distance themselves. I know Rafael was working on something so I have to be vigilant. That fucker! He bailed 3 days after our encounter. I knew the war was coming and we had to be prepared. And my girl was top of my priority security at the moment.

She said she wanted to spend Thanksgiving with her family and I agree, she flew back to California two days ago. And all I could think about was to follow her there, I cannot let her be out of my sight, not now not ever! Follow her then what? my subconscious taunting me. What should I tell her when I get there? I didn't have time to think and just let my brain act on what it planned on doing. Unconsciously, I was now rummaging her file folder. When I got a hold of it, I searched for her house number in California and called her mother.

How would she react when she found out that I was coming? Would her mother tell her about me arriving tomorrow? Let's find out. I smirked to myself. At last, I will see her childhood home.

See you soon Babygirl.

Standing awkwardly in front of Her parents' home, I settled my finger over the doorbell. I was just in time for dinner. Her mother told me that it was okay if I could come earlier to help around and lend an extra hand. My mind was all jumbled up. I couldn't think straight and it took some time to decide whether I should push through with my plan. I told her I flew back to Greece to spend thanksgiving but here I am standing in front of her childhood home.. . Just realizing that this was a stupid idea now, that I was already here but I couldn't back out now. I wanted to see her but I knew that I would also be seeing Her Father.

I took a deep breath and rang the doorbell. Please be Leah, please---Leah is her mother. The door started to creak open and when I lifted my head to see who it was, I suddenly felt shy and stupid. Bella was staring at me with a dumbfounded look.

"Nick!"

"Hello Babygirl, Missed me?" I asked her cockily.

"What are you doing here? I thought you were in Greece?" her cheeks red.

"You must be Nicholas"

I looked up and saw that Leah was already standing behind Bella. Bella didn't go unnoticed when she quickly turned her head and her brows furrowed deeper. She was clearly confused about the situation.

I didn't reply right away when I was too busy looking at my girl, gauging her response. It was amusing to see her react like this. Turning my head towards Leah, I greeted her with my most sincere charming smile.

"You should come in. Dinner is about to start." I was pulled by her mother into the house as I thanked her for having me for Thanksgiving. She was a really sweet woman and it made me feel that I was at home. I felt Bella's presence behind me and I could tell that she was still digesting everything that I was really here standing inside her childhood home. She was really quiet; I worried that she was mad at me for showing up in her home.
