Chapter 32

"what did you wish for?" taehyung asked you eagerly. You giggled at his curious expression as you leaned across the table to take a taste of the frosting ontop of the cake.

"if I tell you it won't come true" you mutter out as you start to eye up the very overly decorated cake.

"we all added something to the cake" hoseok spoke as he watched you take in the many different kinds of sweats and treats scattered across the white frosting.

"I love it, it's perfect" you smiled out.

Coming to rest yourself back against the sofa yoongi who had been the quietest pulled you gently to lean against his shoulder. You smiled at his affection.

"best birthday ever" you mumbled out before jumping to your feet.

"right! I almost forgot! " you raced across the room to where you had placed your coat and gift.

"can we do this?" you asked returning to the room holding the camera up.

"a photo?" jungkook replied from over your shoulder startling you slightly.

"y-yeah.. I mean I just thought it would be nice.. To have my first picture with you all" you stuttered as a light red settled across your cheeks.

"of course!! It will be our first of many" you smiled back at Seokjin, his words almost bringing tears to your eyes.

You all scattered across the sofa, jungkook, hoseok, Jin and namjoon all took a seat on the floor while you, yoongi, taehyung and jimin sat on the sofa. Jungkook placed the camera in front before racing to his seat just before the flash.

You laughed as jimin and taehyung both pulled faces the first two times.

You laughed as Jin tried to pry yoongi eyes back open after the second failed attempt and finally after the forth take you had the perfect picture of you all smiling.

"I'm definitely going to frame this one!" you grinned out while pointing to one of the 'failed' pictures. It was the craziest but you love it most.

The next morning you woke up the earliest. Taking the chance to clean the living room and cover the boys with blankets after yet another sofa sleepover. You watched as surprisingly yoongi was the next to stur awake, his eyes blinking rapidly before looking around with dishevelled hair. He caught you in the doorway trying to hid your giggles to which you straightened yourself out and gave him a little wave. He flashed you a gummy smile before yawning once again.

He shuffled his way through the others dragging his feet until he stood a metre away.

"good morning" you hummed out

He pulled you into a hug which you melted into instantly. "morning beautiful" his raspy voice sent shivers down your spine.

You squeezed him lightly taking in his warmth before pulling away. He pouted to himself as he watched you move back to the kitchen to finish cleaning up.

"want some help" you heard him mumble out from behind you. You jumped and spun in place coming face to face with a grinning yoongi.

"d-don't scare me like that I could've dropped the plate" he only chuckled at your reaction as he once again brung you into a hug.

You felt him turn and the feeling of his lips on your forehead.

And you thought he wasn't a morning person.

The others slowly started to wake up, some almost unconsciously coping what yoongi had done while some drifted themselves around the house like zombies trying to wake themselves up, yet even as the chaos rose you still managed to prepare a full breakfast without any incidents.

Sitting around the table you notice how much more lively everyone now seemed. How taehyung was now practically bouncing in his chair compared to his morning self who was all cuddles and now talk.

You eye up namjoon from the side who seems just as clueless as you as you then both look across to Jin. He gave you both a look of 'you will see'

You shook your head while grinning to yourself looking across to taehyung who seemed to be describing the most amazing thing in the world with only his eyes to jungkook and jimin.

"what are the plans for today?" Jin asks.

You purse your lips as does everyone else besides namjoon who just looks lost.

"we are!!" taehyung shouted out
"ah! Drumroll please" he added looking across to jungkook and jimin who began to simultaneously hit the table upon command.

You all sat laughing at the scene play out before you and just as the intense drumroll began to build up taehyung stood from his chair and looked over to you.

You Blink back at the boy who only stood smirking to himself.

"we are going to take our girlfriend on her first date!!"

You almost choked on thin air as you blushed at the sentence.

Everyone was smiling and laughing even clapping as taehyung took a bow while you could only look just as red a tomato.

You stood from your seat with a smile slowly making its way to your heated cheeks and wrapped taehyung in a hug. As everyone soon began to pile on.

The best part was definitely the group hugs.

I'm actually in my online class at this very moment writing this instead of doing the assignment that has to be handed in in around 2 hours 😌
