𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞

♕𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫♛

Getting to her cottage Vanessa was able to see the door was scratched wide open and oddly with the same scratch she and the others saw on the castle walls. With furrowed eyebrows Vanessa was able to see all her furniture teared up and on the ground all over the place, even some scratch marks on her wall.

As she walked over to her living room she was able to see a box of some pictures of the twins and her from when they were younger were on the ground along with the pictures she and the VK's had. Going down she could see there was something under the coffee table and once she did Vanessa reached out to it.

It was a piece of fabric and once she saw it she was so sure to herself that she had seen it somewhere on someone but before she could even think about it she heard a noise coming from her bedroom upstairs.

Quickly Vanessa put the fabric in her pocket before getting her sword and rushing upstairs ready for whatever pops out but once she got to her room there was no one there. Feeling it be a little windy she noticed her window was wide open which was weird considering she was so sure she locked all the windows before she left.

Walking over to the window she glanced out to the woods seeing a flash of something or someone run into the woods.

"Why is this not the weirdest thing that has happened to me?" Vanessa sighed as she shook her head, closing the window and locking it. "What happened?" She questioned going over to her seating area seeing there was a mess still happening there.

Once she got there she saw a couple items of her all over and a scratch on her chair making her huff after seeing more than half her furniture being destroyed. Looking over to the side table she saw a small trophy she won more than a decade ago from a competition she, the twins, and a couple other students participated in but it was almost completely destroyed.

There were a couple of low quality pictures of Vanessa and the pirate crew she kept since the VK's and her moved to Auradon but as she looked closely in the picture she noticed the picture with Harry and her there was a large mustache and unibrow drawn on Harry. Seeing how some of the items of hers were in the condition Vanessa could tell who was in her house.

Putting the picture and small trophy in her pocket with the fabric Vanessa grabbed her sword and ran out her house going over to meet the others before hearing some familiar voices.

"Guys something weird happened at my cottage." Vanessa walked in the kitchen at Evie's castle seeing Uma and Mal sharing a laugh. "Never thought I'd hear you say cottage in any sentence." Uma looked over to her cousin as she ate more of Jane's birthday cake.

"Wait until you hear her say, "My duvet doesn't match my pillows! This sucks!"" Mal turned over to Uma with a smirk repeating a sentence Vanessa once said causing the two to share a laugh. "Ha. Ha. If my Auradon girl sentence brings you two together then I'll say them more often." Vanessa laughed sarcastically before shrugging doing anything as long as it brings them together but before she could explain what happened at her place there was a large bang behind her.

"Guys." Vanessa pointed to the board that was put on the window causing the girls to share a look with one another but then there were more noises around the castle. "Scarlett! Celia!" She called out for the girl rushing over to them as the whole place was covered with no way out.

"We're trapped!" The two girls screamed before Vanessa brought them over to Mal and Uma with Evie and Doug meeting up with them. "Are you guys okay? What's going on?" Evie questioned as her and Doug looked around in confusion and a bit of fear.

"You've caused my friends pain and fear. We've had enough, now disappear!" Mal tried to cast a spell to remove the trap but it didn't work having her apologize to everyone. "No trap can keep us here, have every single one disappear!" Vanessa had her hands glow trying her own spell but just like her sister her magic wasn't working either.

"I'm sorry guys." Vanessa apologized to everyone after not having her magic work. "Our spells aren't working. Audrey's magic is getting stronger." Mal frowned as Uma opened her necklace having it glow before she moved between both sisters showing them the necklace and soon enough they held hands.

"You've caused our friends pain and fear we've had enough, now disappear." The three chanted together with Mal's eyes glowing green, Uma's necklace with the ember glowing, and Vanessa's hair and hands glowed. "Come on." Vanessa mumbled lowly before all the boards started to fall off the doors and windows.

"You did it! Together! This is what we've been talking about." Evie stood behind Uma and Mal explained to them as she pointed between her and Vanessa. "Told you so." Vanessa looked over to the two girls who chuckled at her actions.

"I guess my shell likes you." Uma looked over to Mal causing them all to share a small laugh before Vanessa went to check on the sleeping kids while Uma handed the ember to Mal. "You guys will be okay. Don't worry." Vanessa whispered to the sleeping kids before getting another blanket for Dizzy seeing the twins took the other one the three were sharing.

"Hey, it's your bae." Scarlett and Celia rushed over to the window before looking over to Mal and Vanessa with smirks. "Nick!" Vanessa smiled as Mal gasped rushing out the castle into Ben's arms while Vanessa went to Nick.

"I've missed you." Nick whispered to Vanessa as they held each other in their arms after worrying about each other. "I did too. Please don't scare me like that again." Vanessa nodded with a small smile looking into his eyes before the two shared a kiss.

"This is new." Vanessa commented to Nick's beard as she held onto his face. "Do we like it?" Nick asked her considering it was growing on him after turning back into himself also showing her the fangs he had. "Definitely." Vanessa smiled at him with a chuckle before sending him another kiss as she had her arm wrapped around his.

"I have one every full moon." Henry walked over to them as he stroked his bare face while sending Vanessa a look. "You got in the middle of my spell, it's not my fault." Vanessa defended herself as Nick chuckled knowing what happened to Henry a couple weeks ago.

"Every full moon." Henry repeated as he crossed his arms reminding her of the spell effects. "So what? You like that because it's the only time you're able to grow facial hair." Vanessa sent him a look knowing every full moon he admires his beard causing him to agree with her knowing she's right.

"Now Nick, Ben, who's going to pay for my destroyed furniture?" Vanessa looked between both fraternal twins who's eyes grew wide. "That wasn't us." They shook their heads instantly causing her to nod before taking out the fabric and placing Nick's jacket which was ripped at the bottom, having the brothers more worried.

"The trophy I won when we were young and that Ben was sad he didn't win. And a picture of me and Harry but for some reason Harry had a moustache and a unibrow drawn on." Vanessa took out the items from her pocket having the others laugh while Harry grabbed the picture looking at himself. "Should I try and grow one?" Harry looked at the moustache before stroking his upper lip thinking about it.

"I'll get you new furniture." Nick placed his hands on Vanessa's shoulder after shaking his head towards Harry. "There's a lot." Vanessa looked over to him as they all met up together. "I know. . . Good thing I get a discount." Nick nodded as he knew how much he and Ben destroyed.

"I always knew you'd be part of the solution." Ben looked over to Uma who was beside Harry with a small smile rolling her eyes.
