IF THERE WAS AT least one thing Chan hoped to see when he woke up, it was not to see Hyunjin curled around a dog twice his size on the floor beside his bed.
He hadn't even taken in the idea that he was no longer at home- automatically assuming that Hyunjin kidnapped someone's dog and decided to barge into his home and hope to the God's that Chan didn't realize what he had done.
After throwing a dirty sock and waking the mastiff up, though, he realized he was very, very incorrect.
The dog, in all of it's angry glory, had shot up and spat out an angry, "your feet stink," right into Chan's face, with no regard for the string of slobber at his lips.
And what he was hoping even less than that, was to see the dog twisting in either pain or some other feeling, and leaving a very naked, very angry Changbin standing right beside his bed, shamelessly showing every part of his body to the entire world.
Chan swore his entire life flashed before his eyes the moment Changbin tried to lunge at him.
And so he booked it, running with all of his being to get away from Changbin before he was absolutely mauled for throwing a dirty sock at him.
He never saw himself running from Changbin in such a manner, and certainly not for the reason that he did.
Breathlessly coming to a halt, and doubling over with his hands on his knees to catch his breath, Chan barely peered through his eyelashes to look up at the male that was awkwardly standing in front of him, with a biscuit in hand.
"Uhm," Jeongin muttered awkwardly, holding out his biscuit towards him, "You want some?"
Chan shook his head in response, standing up straight as Jeongin walked himself away with a shrug of his shoulders.
The brunet forced a sigh through his nose, rolling his shoulders back to fix his posture before turning to look over his shoulder.
"Fucking disgusting," Changbin muttered beside him, causing Chan to jump a foot away from him. But Changbin just rolled his eyes and sauntered off.
He scrunched up his nose slightly, taking a few cautious steps behind Changbin, before he came to a halt in the area he assumed was the kitchen.
"Uh," Chan cleared his throat, taking a few steps closer towards the small, probably handmade island counter and leaned against it, "So yesterday wasn't a dream."
The male that had his back turned to him, spun around and smiled brightly. "Good morning, Chan! Also, no, it wasn't a dream. But you have to eat something, we're going to do something today and we don't need you dying on us. Here, eat this."
Just before Chan could speak, a plate was set down in front of him by Jisung, who gave him a small smile and then walked off.
After inspecting it and later deeming it edible (frankly, he had no idea what Jisung could have done to it while it was in his hands), Chan grabbed the fork that was later set down in front of him, and brought a forkful of what looked like eggs to his mouth.
It certainly didn't taste bad, that was for sure.
He ate the rest of the food that was on the plate in silence, barely bothering to glance at anyone who reached over and grabbed a piece of his food in their fingers. Normally that person was Felix- though, the first few times he was positive it was that boy he didn't know the name of.
Once the plate was near empty, Felix had grabbed it away from Chan before he could even pick it up himself, and dropped it carelessly in the sink. He had then whirled around, and adjusted the glasses on his face with a warm smile.
