|| Technoblade's POV ||
It was already night time when we were travelling and we had to go at Pogtopia safe. I grabbed Y/n's hand so I could assure her safety but she stopped me
"Techno...I don't think Schlatt will like this..." she mumbled and looked down. I sighed and looked at her
"Why?" I asked and crouched down at her level "...Is he doing something to you?"
"I...no...He is taking care me well but...he don't want me to escape" She sadly said
I cupped her cheeks and asked "is he imprisoning you?"
"NO! It's not-"
"Hey Technoblade..." I raised my head and I saw Schlatt standing beside Y/n. I patted the head Y/n before standing up
"What do you want hag?" I asked coldly
He raised his hands as a defense "Hey! Hey! I am not harming anyone! I...I just have something to say..." I rolled my eyes on him "Can I have a private talk with Y/n? I will not harm her! I promise!"
At first I didn't want to trust him but I gave in and give him last chance because of the vibes he is giving now.
"Fine" I said and nudged Y/n
"T-Techno?"
"It's okay, but if he harm you, I will be the last person he is gonna see" I said and Y/n slowly nodded at me and got dragged by Schlatt in a more private.
I felt a presence beside me so I took a look and saw Dream with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Hey...?"
"Hey Techno, I want you to promise me this thing..." He slowly said and looked at me
"Hm?" I hummed and it took him a small second before speaking
"Please take care of Y/n, I grew up very attatched to her and I don't even wanna lose her. She...she is like my sister and I don't wanna see her die...Promise me, you will take really good care on her" He said and looked away
I took a deep breath "I promise you that. I love her too much that I don't want to lose her either" I said dearly and scratched the nape of my neck
He smiled at me and patted my left shoulder "I trust you" He said before waving a goodbye.
I stayed at my spot waiting for Y/n to come back.
|| Y/n's POV ||
Schlatt dragged me somewhere and it took me in a place where there are bamboos surrounding me.
"Y/n...it has been a long time, since the last time we went here" He said as we walked around
"Y/n! Come on! There are Pandas there look!" Said the cheerful boy and dragged Y/n near the Panda
"How long has been it? 9 years? 10 years? I don't know..." There was a long silence "This is the place when I learnt that...I loved you dearly..." He sId softly
"What?"
"Yeah...remember the time when I mumbled something but you couldnt catch it so I just said nothing?" He said with tears in his eyes
Jonathan mumbled three words which I can't hear so I tried to make him repeat it
"Ah-! No no Forget it..."
"What was those words again...?" I spoke softly and he looked at me
"I...like...you..." He said and stopped walking then held my hand
"Wha-"
"But I could see that you don't love me back and I respect that, I can see in your eyes how much you love Technoblade and it makes my heart ache...But people say that if you love someone and that person loves someone else...you gotta let them go..." He said and released my hand
He reached unto his pockets and brought out our promise rings
"Give me the other ring" He said
I nodded and reached my ring that was on my pocket the whole time. I gave it to him and he smiled
"This rings...are useless..." He said and throw them at the most further spot so no one can search for it "...and you...are free from me, you can go now..." He said "But before you can go, can you give me a hug?"
I nodded slowly before feeling a tight hug and some tears on my shoulder. He was crying so I patted his back.
Two minutes passed, he already let go.
We parted ways and I went to search for Technohlade which I saw him sitting on the ground while holding something in his hands.
It was my crown.
I called out for him before he could notice, he stood up and ran up to me. He hugged me tightly and bombared me some questions.
"Are you okay? Did he hurt you? Do you want to kick his ass? Do-" I gave him a reassuring pat on the head
"It's okay, he didn't hurt me. He just...confessed something and he also said I am free to go now" I said and smiled
He smiled back, we then removed our masks so that we are able to breath better. We went somewhere near Manberg and it was some sort of place that has many flowers planted everywhere.
"Where have you seen this???" I exclaimed running towards the flower feild
"Well ya'know, I was just walking around and saw this" He said. I smiled at him and admired where we are now.
"If only we could capture this moment..." I mumbled so that Techno won't be able to hear it
"What was that?"
"Oh it's nothing" I said then shrugged my shoulders as if I said nothing
"Alright then" He said before I can feel arms on my neck and on my thighs, lifting me up from the grounf
"I- TECHNOOO PUT ME DOWNNNNNNNN" I whined and he just laughed at me
"Nope, not happening" He chuckled still lifting me up from the ground.
I huffed and wiggled my body
"Stop moving or else-"
"Or else what Techno?" I asked and looked up on him. Seeing the light of the moonlight shining a little bit of him making it more magical
"...you will get kissed" He said and I raised my other brow. I wiggled again before feeling something soft on my lips.
My eyes widened before melting in. The kiss was not forced...the kiss was not full with lust...The kiss was full with love and passion.
After a minute or so, he slowly dropped me on the ground and smiled
"I love you Y/n..."
