Emerald Gaunt had never been one for rules so when her roommate and friend Gabrielle Delacour had suggested they 'accidentally' needed to drop some magical hair dye that Emerald had got at Zonkos Joke shop when she had gone home that spring, onto Gabi's ex boyfriend she hadn't even needed to be asked twice.

Unfortunately due to a case of poor timing from the two girls it had ended up with a very very angry Madame Maxime sporting a rather fetching head of pink spiky hair, the headmistress of Beuxbatons however didn't see it in the same way and had expelled Emerald not even twenty minutes later despite pleas from Gabrielle that it had been her idea, seems being the younger sister of a triwizard champion has it perks.

"Yes dad I've got everything you've asked me a million times" the brunette sighed at her father as they stood on Platform 9 3/4 "I'm pretty sure I've even got the kitchen sink" she rolled her chocolate coloured eyes

"Sorry love just checking" he looked nervous " now you owl me the minute you get there okay" he looked at her

"Yes dad"

"And you promise me you'll be on your best behaviour" he said hopefully

"Oh see that's the thing.." she paused , a mischievous glint in her eye " I've already promised someone else I'll be on my worst" she smirked peering round her father at her grandfather who gave an identical smirk back

"That's my girl" he grinned then winked at his son

Magnus sighed " Emerald I'm serious I don't want to get a letter from Dumbledore saying you've turned someone into a ferret or anything okay?" He shot her a warning look

"Such a buzzkill Dad"
Then they all turned to see the train pulling into the station
"Okay got to go ,Father ,Grandfather, love you both byee" And with that she was off striding towards the train with nothing but confidence her brown waves flowing smoothly behind her

Magnus stared after his daughter while Morfin just stood there smirking

"What" he asked his father turning to face him.
"I give it two days before she's causing trouble" he said still grinning a sly grin

"Shut it Father"
