Emerald's blood boiled, she was here, nearby , right now ,she didn't have time to find Marcellus, if she laid eyes on her mother she would kill her herself. She had been responsible for her brother's supposed demise, he had been hurt she knew that because she had seen the blood,

she had never seen red the same way again.

So with a tense jaw, her hands balled up and without saying a word she had taken Bellatrix's hand once they had gone back through the Vanishing Cabinet and apparated to a large White House, it was dimly lit with a full beam of light shining from only one window, Draco looked confused at how the girl has reacted, he had heard stories about Sophaline Dubois, she was deadly, had wiped out dozens of witches for crossing her, even Aunt Bellatrix was looking shaken at the prospect of meeting this infamous witch but as he looked at Em ,he couldn't spot so much as a glimmer of fear in her chocolate eyes

Only pure and utter rage

"Oh for goodness sake man up Draco stop being a baby" his aunt said to him harshly "The Gaunt girl has the right idea" gesturing towards Emerald who had marched into the hallway and down the corridor

As they reached the end of the hall they came to a large door, Draco noticed she looked nervous as she knocked and received the invitation to enter, Emerald pushing Bellatrix out of the way before striding confidently into the room,

Draco had never seen her so furious, he kept his mouth shut this time knowing not to push her. The room was filled with pureblood family's , some death eaters , some not, most were Slytherins. Then he spotted Morfin Gaunt, loitering around by Rabastian Lestrange ,a full glass of Fire Whiskey in his hand, He followed her as she strode up to her grandfather,

"It was her" she said through clenched teeth

"What are you talking about dear" Morfin asked her carefully seemingly already knowing where her train of thought was going.

"It. Was. Her." She spat before marching away to the drinks table, grabbing herself a glass of Firewiskey and downing it in one. Morfin looked practically homicidal.Draco's eyes widened.

"Em what the hell is going on? She didn't answer ,pouring herself another drink.

Then he spotted his father walking up to a small podium, he cleared his throat and dinged his tie pin on the side of his glass

"May I have your attention please?" He started "now I know most of you don't know why you're here ,but all shall be revealed soon" he said mysteriously "maybe it would be better explained by Sophaline Dubois's son" he beckoned to the boy Draco recognised as 'Sean Green' ,but as he turned to face Emerald, it was her face that rocked him to his core

She was looking at the boy on the stage with nothing but fear for him running through her eyes. She was even more worried now knowing that her brother and mother were in the same venue. Draco was confused to say the least as Morfin took the place next to his Granddaughter, looking around with slitted eyes.

"Thanks Lucius" he said simply
"My mother shall be down shortly, she had some business to attend to" he informed the purebloods "in her place I would like to explain why we have gathered you here tonight"

"We would like to give you the chance to fight and win against the other side in the upcoming war" he announced "Mudbloods , muggle sympathisers and Bloodtraiters alike shall be extinguished and purer lines of wizard shall remain"

Emerald was taken aback, her own twin brother , she had always known he was different when their mother was around but Pureblood Maniac?,surely he wasn't going to kill anyone. He had always been the gentler one of the two, Only Emerald seemingly inheriting Morfin's fiery temper .His proud smile wavered at the sight of his sister's angry face before he quickly righted himself and carried on
