UNDESERVING

Chapter 9

Gulf was still thinking of how he had been tortured for two weeks when he heard the door being pushed but didn't have any strength to look because he thought it was the guards as usual until he heard..

"Mommy!!!"..a little figure shouted happily while standing some steps away

"Gabby??.." Gulf said surprisedly, he wasn't ever expecting to see his baby boy, he was caught unaware when Gabby ran and hugged him then started crying

"G-Gabby my baby, why are you crying..tell mommy" Gulf said hugging his son regardless of the pain he feels when ever he moves his body and crying with his son but crying silently, he was also scared that maybe his son also hates him

"I *hic* I m-miss you mommy *hic*..Daddy said *hic* said that he would bring me to you *hic* but he never came *hic* I then followed a guard *hic* here and saw you" Gabby explained while still crying

"I miss you too baby..I missed you so much" Gulf said as he started kissing his son's cheeks and face..infact his face

"Mommy why are you here, why are you not inside the big palace..you forgot me mommy, Gabby didn't see you for weeks" Gabby said while sulking

"I'm sorry baby, you won't understand and mommy didn't forget you okay, hope Daddy is taking good care of you" Gulf asked afraid that maybe Mew was also mistreating Gabby

"Daddy takes good care of me, why are your clothes torn, dirty and..see blood mommy!!, what happened to you, did Daddy or those guards punish you, tell me" Gabby said with anger in his tone which made Gulf smile faintly remembering Mew, his son's face was just like his father's whenever he was angry

"I'm fine baby, nothing much okay..your father didn't do anything, he's just consumed with anger right now so don't worry much, mommy would be back soon" Gulf said while pecking his son's lips

"Is my little brother or sister doing well mommy?" Gabby asked while touching his mother's big belly with his little hand while made made Gulf smile wide

"Yes baby..your younger sibling is doing fine, I really miss you and want to spend time with you but your Daddy might catch you here and punish you so you have to go now baby and don't come here again, I will be out before you know it okay" Gulf said, he doesn't want his son to come here again because he doesn't know the state he would be in by that time and doesn't want to break his son's heart

"Ok mommy but let me stay for a while with you" Gabby said and hugged his mommy which Gulf allowed as he also missed his son dearly.

After ten minutes, Gabby then left and Gulf was back to his world of sorrows and pain, he then slept off after some minutes.

Gulf was woken up by a voice and found out it was already night time, he then looked to the voice and saw Mew and a guard that kept a plate of food and water on the floors before leaving, leaving him alone with Mew

"Sleeping beauty..are you done sleeping?" Mew asked sarcastically but Gulf didn't answer,Mew walked to where Gulf sat then bent down and started caressing Gulf's face which made Gulf tremble, he was scared and couldn't look at Mew afraid that he might be slapped.

Mew was still caressing Gulf,unknowingly looking at him with eyes full of love and longing, a little part of him misses his wife a lot, Gulf's skin still felt soft in his touch..he misses touching him like this

Gulf was surprised that Mew was still caressing his face and dared to look him in the eyes..in Mew's eyes he saw love, longing, sadness, pain and....then they all turned to ANGER, Mew then stood up and put some distance between him and Gulf and cleared his throat before speaking

"You will be leaving here tomorrow morning and your work as a servant here will commence" as those words left Mew's mouth, Gulf's heart sank deeper...thinking about how Mew could do this to him, his wife that was a Queen now turned to a servant in his own family and by his husband..what if people mock his son because his mother would be a servant, he hoped not.

"Mew..." Gulf started but was immediately cut off by Mew

"YOUR MAJESTY!!! Do not call me so casually,we are strangers to each other now, we have nothing in common again except Gabby" Mew shouted angrily at Gulf which made tears fall from Gulf's eyes but he quickly cleaned them and cleared his throat from the lump that was there, it was clearly obvious that Mew didn't want him again..he doesn't even believe that the child in his womb belongs to him

"I'm sorry Your Majesty, I have heard all you said..I just wanted to ask if I would be able to spend time with Gabby, I miss him a lot" Gulf said solemnly

"About that, in as much as I want Gabby far away from you because of how evil you are I can't do that because you're still his mother and he has been looking for you, you don't have to worry about spending time with him after all you're not just becoming a palace servant but you're becoming the King's personal servant" Mew said while smirking wickedly

"Y-Your personal s-servant??" Gulf asked still shocked at why Mew would want him as his personal servant because being his personal servant would mean that he would be everywhere with Mew..he couldn't help but feel excited about it..could it mean that Mew wants him to be near him every time because he still has feelings for him(Gulf)

"Yes my personal servant, after all you have to be there when I'm preparing everything concerning my marriage with Prince Song" Mew said which wiped off the last hope Gulf had, he wanted to cry but was caging his tears

"I understand" Gulf said after forcing his tears back

"Your room would be shown to you after your dinner, your belongings are already in the room..you can arrange them when you get back and your uniforms would be there too" Mew said

"Uhm..will the uniforms be my size? I mean..you know my stomach is big now" Gulf asked

"Yes of course, why would it slip my mind about your pregnancy with another man's child, I possibly won't ever forget don't worry,your uniforms are your size" Mew said then Gulf nodded acting as if Mew's words didn't hurt him

"Remember to come to my chambers early in the morning to prepare my bath and wake me up" Mew said which Gulf nodded at while remembering when he does all those for Mew as his wife.

Gulf then started to stand up to get his dinner as Mew was about leaving but fell down immediately

"Ouch!!! arrh!!" Gulf screamed from the pains of the wounds at his back while holding his stomach too, Mew unconsciously rushed towards Gulf

"What's wrong Gulf? Are you okay? Is the baby fine?" Mew unconsciously asked while touching Gulf's big stomach which eased Gulf's pain a little, Gulf's heart was beating fast too, he didn't know that he was already crying and sniffing already..he was happy at least Mew still cared about him and his baby even though it was unconsciously, Mew then looked at Gulf after he didn't get back any reply and quickly got up after realizing what he just did, then he went and brought Gulf's dinner to him and quickly left before he does something he would regret later and that was kissing Gulf.

After Mew left, Gulf faintly smiles and started eating why crying a little and talking to his baby

"At least your Daddy still cares about us baby, look he brought us our dinner and did you also feel his touch?..I know you have missed it, me too baby..I-I also miss your Daddy's touch" Gulf said while sniffing and caressing his stomach.
