The last one, [Y/N], finally set her foot onto the ground while the others cheered but the thing that caught her attention was the look anxiety on her dear friend's face
"Em, is something wrong?"
"Oh, it's nothing." Emma waved the girl's suspicion off but it only made the girl all the more suspicious.
"So the roots are weak against cold?" Alicia asked
"That's why they stopped moving..." Yvette trailed off
They talked about how lucky or unlucky they were that they escaped during winter. But like always, Emma being the ball of positivity she is, looked on the bright side, and informed them that this incident had let them to the discovery that this book was something special and essential.
"Em! We found it!" [Y/N] called out
"Uh... What's that?" Nat asked
"Water." Ray informed and the kids were astonished
"Wha- how?" Don asked out of utter confusion
"Something like cacti that carry water." [Y/N] said as she pulled out a scalpel
"These are called Anemones. They appear in Ugo's adventures. They store fresh water in them." Ray elaborated as handed the bottle (or jar maybe) to the girl as she grinned in delight.
"I'm gonna stabby-stab you, you little-" the girl proceeded to stab the plant while the others were freaked out by what she looked like at the moment.
A blood thirsty girl stabbing an onion like thing... Or maybe just a thirsty girl who wants to hydrate herself badly enough to kill for it. Pick one.
"And that's how you do it." Her expressions went back to the sweet smile.
"Just what is with that sudden mood changes?" Ray asked, kind of concerned and weirded out by her.
"There's a lot to it but to shorten it down, I'm mentally unstable." She said nonchalantly
"Uh... [Y/N]..." Anna called out of concern
"Don't worry, I'll be fine." She waved off their worries before getting up and squishing the blonde girl's cheeks together "thanks for the concern though." She smiled at the cute girl in front of her.
"Dom't vetion et. (Don't mention it.)" The girl replied through her mushed together cheeks.
'aw she's so cute!' (h/c) girl squealed internally before letting go of the girl's cheeks
"The outside is full of dangers and we don't know much about it." [Y/N] said before looking at the ginger head, giving her the signal to continue
"But we're not alone. We have each other. We have an ally. Let's go to Mr. Minerva. Let's survive! We'll get out of this forest and get to B06-32! We can do it!" Emma announced, lifting everyone's spirit once again.
"Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!" they cheered in response.

The girl shuddered as the wind blew by, "It's cold..." her hands were cold and how dearly she wished for some gloves but oh well, she can't have the luxury at this moment.
"Feeling cold, huh?" Ray hummed
"Yeah, and my hands are so cold..." [Y/N] said
"You're right. Someone might even mistake them for a dead body's hand, I almost did back in the cavern." Ray teased
"Well, I couldn't find words at the moment, what do you say when you look at dead and dried up animal bodies in front of you anyways, so I had to touch your hand! And sorry but I don't always stuff my hands in my pockets like you do so obviously they're cold." she hissed at him
