This book is the sequel to Heartlessand I am so excited for you to read it! It isn't fully necessary for you to have read Heartless first as this is based on their children's lives, however, it is strongly recommended that you do, in order to avoid any spoilers and to understand the characters and storyline a bit more. It may be a bit confusing at parts if you're reading this as a standalone!
Just a reminder that this story is set 12 years in the future of the last book's epilogue and is based on the children's lives and not the adults from the last story, although they will still be a very big part of this story.
Also a quick PSA that I have tried my best to portray the adults in the same way that I did in the previous book, however, it's been a lot harder to get their personalities through as more background characters/parents so please keep that in mind!

I also included Hailey Diaz in this group as she is a main character and Reed's niece, although her parents (Dawn and Matteo) and siblings (Ellie and Benji) are not main characters in this book.
