How It Works:
This power is insanely strong. The user has complete control over time. They can freeze time, rewind time, speed up time, slow down time, anything. It can even work on singular objects. The user can make a small bubble around an object and control the time within that object. When you freeze time, in your perspective, everyone is frozen, but in their perspective, they see you moving insanely quick.
Drawback:
Overuse of this quirk can make the user immobile for five minutes.
